]]>When we view them on our computer, or through any webbrowser, they look like this:

(This is how they are supposed to look)
But when he uploads them to WordPress, and we try to view them, they look like this:
https://snipboard.io/PCp7tV.jpg
Here is a link to the file:

The customer says he has been in contact with Adobe. He says they are convinced this is a WordPress problem.
But how do we solve it? All his PDF files shows the wrong color.
He says it has never been a problem before. These problems occured just recently and is affecting all his PDF files.
Does anyone have any knowledge about this?
How do we solve it?
Thanks to anyone willing to help
]]>I hope I’m posting in the right forum, I wasn’t sure so feel free to move or delete if this is not the right place to ask.
I bought a theme called Illustrator (by Edge Themes) a couple of years ago for my portfolio, and I just realised the lightbox is no longer working and the images from my portfolio pages are now opening directly, instead of appearing on top of the page with an overlay.
Unfortunately, I no longer have support from Edge Themes, and renewing the support is more expensive than the price I paid for the whole theme at the time ($70 for 6 months). I was wondering if you had any idea of where that could be coming from, and if there was any workaround you could think of?
I tried installing another lightbox plugin on top hoping it would create a lightbox for any clickable image, which would be fine by me, but it didn’t work.
Let me know if you have any idea, thanks!
]]>I tried several attempts to export a custom SVG from Illustrator, but it doesn’t work. All I can use is svg’s from flaticon.com
I want to create one myself and use it, but when I export it and upload it, it won’t display. I already tried different configurations, any suggestion to the export settings?
Thank you.
]]>If so, what needs to be done specifically?
Thank you so much!
]]>Thank you for this pluggin. My file .svg is nowhere to be seen! I placed it right next to the green logo “distrivet” (which is .png) and is exactly the same size and shape (in .svg format) and you can see it here:
https://www.dairaps.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/benbodhi-help.svg
This file won’t show ip and I reckon it could be for two reasons:
1. Illustrator: I save the file using Illustrator:
– SVG Profiles: SVG 1.1 (If I saved it in 1.0, WP would reject the file)
– Type: SVG
– Subsetting: None (Use System Fonts)
– Options: Image location: Link
– CSS Properties: Presentation Attributes
– Decimal Places: 1
– Encoding: Unicode (UTF-8)
– Option Output fewer <tspan> elements: not clicked.
– Option Include Slicing Data: not clicked (if I do clik on it, WP would reject the file)
– Use <textPath> element for Text on Path: clicked.
– Include XMP: clicked.
– Responsive: clicked.
First line of the code reads <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”utf-8″?>
2. Theme
I have installed The7 theme. Do you know if there is any type of incompatibility with it?
Thank you very much in advance,
Demelsa

]]>I am using the Illustratar Theme to build my website https://www.JeseMelanson.com
I am trying to change the hover color on the front page thumbnails. I went into the jetpack CSS Style Sheet Editor and used this code:
portfolio-wrapper .portfolio-thumbnail a:before {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 padding-box content-box #bb00bb;
opacity: .5;
}
However, it does nothing?
Any help is appreciated as this is driving me nuts.
Thanks!

]]>It’s the first time I’m building my own website and I just started yesterday so it’s not launched just yet… I’m currently having fun with the Sela theme and it’s looking great so far, but I’m wondering if there is any way to add more widget onto the front page? More specially, I have a Image Rotator Widget that I would like to add in full-width mood between the front page featured photo and the three front page widgets. I’m an illustrator and I’d really like to showcase some of my work on the front page in a rotating manner. Can it be done? And if so, what is the complete beginner way to do it? Many thanks in advance!

]]>I made a logo in Illustrator and saved it as a jpg-file. Now, when I look my website in Chrome or Firefox the logo looks well. In Internet Explorer the logo looks like Sh*t.
Can you help me?
Regards,
Arjan
I’ve tried saving as both RGB and CMYK profiles to see if that makes a difference as well as a variety of pdf saving presets (smallest file, press quality, high quality print, etc). Someone please help
