We set up a chatbot using the plugin and all is working as expected EXCEPT in Safari desktop. When a user begins typing a message the height suddenly jumps to 700+px and is transparent and empty. Clicking outside of the chatbot returns it to normal, so the behavior only happens when the user’s cursor is in the message field. Any ideas what could be going on here?

Plugin works only on Firefox

I installed the plugin on my website, but it seems to be working only on firefox. Browser like chrome or ie don’t work, the same problems goes to the mobile versions.

Great plugin, works perfect. I took the course on Cognitive class as well, very useful. Great work and thanks, very impressed.
Some adjustments to the layout possible (position, color, size, …), which is totally acceptable and it accepts HTML code!!!

But I’m also looking for (a paid version) for a total customisable version for meeting clients needs. There seems no WP plugin for Watson Assistant available yet (besides this great one).

Plugin breaks site when enabled

I had added the IBM Watson plugin to my wordpress site and everything was working as expected until some time ago.

We updated the Watson plugin to its latest version and the whole site broke. Nothing but a blank page was presented. When disabling the plugin the site returned to its correct working order.

Tested with both Chrome and Firefox.
Wordpress version 4.9.4
X Theme version 5.2.5
Watson plugin version 0.5.6
