How to remove #f3f3f3 lines above and below page title

This is a question that has been bugging me for a long time.

chemeridart asked the same question here but an answer was never published.

I have never understood why these lines are there, particularly as they don’t appear on posts.

(As an aside, another anomaly of Virtue is that H1 titles span the entire width on pages, but only the content width on posts.)

Any help will be much appreciated.

Sidebar widgets displaying small rectangular field under or above ads

I’m not sure why my sidebar is displaying these empty fields. I’m using simple ads manager & it happened after inserting ads eg. see here:https://www.inspirat.info/lifestyle/
In this instance there are 2 empty fields behind the ad at the top of the page. The same thing happened on most pages usually at the bottom. Can you help? Thanks
