Hi there,

I developed a site on localhost and after doing a search and replace from localhost to the domain I’m using and transferring the site to the domain host, the following message come up on the pages of the website:

Warning: Undefined array key “host” in /var/www/wordpress/wp-includes/media.php on line 1372

I can’t find anywhere specifically what is going on here, so any help would be very appreciated.

hello, my site no longer appears since yesterday (Service unavailable The server is temporarily unable to respond to your request due to a maintenance shutdown or capacity issues. Please try again later. ), I have imported my wordpress sql document into the database, I modified the two lines in wp-options to put the Alwaysdata site links, I subsequently transferred my files in FTP by filezila, I therefore modified the wp-config.php folder by updating the 4 lines with the correct information. I don’t understand why my site doesn’t work, if you can help me I would be very grateful! (PS: I tried to do the same process with another host (infinityfree) to test and I also got an error (There was a critical error on this site.

Looking for someone who knows whether an outdated SQL server can cause any WordPress problems etc?

Had a warning appear in Tools – Site Health:

Outdated SQL Server: The SQL server is a required piece of software for the database WordPress uses to store all your site’s content and settings. For optimal performance and security reasons, you should consider running MySQL version 8.0 or higher. Contact your web hosting company to correct this.

I’m on shared hosting, they are unable to commit to upgrading the SQL server, it’s currently at 5.7.23. They say it should be fine, but would greatly appreciate an opinion outside the company on whether an Outdated SQL can cause issues? Thank you

I’m using WP Mail SMTP. The test mail arrives correctly. The WooCommerce emails go to the clients correctly. But any email sent to New Order will send the error message “Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender” and fail with “Host or domain name not found” [email protected].

We’ve tried using different email addresses as recipients to the New Order email. No matter which one we use, WooCommerce will fail to find the host and return the above error. The same email addresses will receive emails correctly from either WooCommerce’s emails directed to clients, or from the SMTP’s test email.

Even if we leave the field empty to default to the admin email, it still fails with “Host or domain name not found” recipient: [email protected].

The gist:

1. SMTP plugin is set up, and is sending test emails correctly
2. The WooCommerce emails go to the clients correctly.
3. The same email address, or any other one, including the default admin email, that receive emails correctly as a client or a test email recipient, will return “Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender” error and “Host or domain name not found” [email protected].
4. Deactivating the SMTP plugin produces exactly the same results.
5. If I add a second email recipient after a comma, the “Array” will get appended only to the second one, letting the first one successfully receive the email.
6. Adding only a comma, seems to fix the issue and send the email with no “Array” appearing anywhere.

I came across this wonderful plugin years ago and have been using it on every WordPress website that requires more speed since then. Also, their hosting service is very fast. If you combine both (Booster + Host), you have the full combination for the fastest website.

I wonder if you can help me.

Forms I create using WPForms/WP Mail SMTP Lite/Brevo no longer forward confirmations.

I receive notifications. And a test user receives a notification when I replace the ‘Send To Email Address’ with their email address.

I have tried deactivating/deleting the plugins and reinstalling them, but it has made no difference.

I am using the Astra theme.

WooCommerce App: Site migration

When a site is migrated to a different server, by changing the A and AAAA records to point to the new server,
how would the WooCommerce App notifications be handled afterwards?

Does the site server contact an external WooCommerce App API endpoint to notify about new orders, which is then passed to the WooCommerce App?
Does the WooCommerce App needs re-setup for using the site on the new server?
Does the WooCommerce App o the API endpoint connect back to the server, will DNS caching TTL be taken into account for the records?

Or differently asked: When the WooCommerce App is used and logged into a Jetpack account that is connected to a WooCommerce site, and that WooCommerce site is transferred to a wholly new server with different IPv4 and IPv6, the DNS records updated to it, would the WooCommerce App still just work, or are additional, manual steps required?#

Wordfence scan not working in host edited site

Working on a hacked site. I copied the site to new server and edited my host file to get it working from new server.

Checked by pinging and site working from new server. My problem is Wordfence scan is not working.
