Their plugin is antiquated, full of bugs, and their support response to it all is to sell you something like an overpriced, buggier addon. Even after paying for one of their products, they will tell you that you have to buy a “lifetime” or “annual” service plan. When you ask for support they respond with an upsell to buy an addon. They should not even be allowed to use the name “wordpress”. Stay away from this company and their products. Very shady and unprofessional. One star is too many!

You make tickets on the support, we answer you every 3-4 days, they have a Facebook group, if you complain about it, they delete the comments because you put your finger on the bugs publicly and they don’t like it. In addition, their comparison with [other plugins] is completely distorted, at Bookingpress you pay 99€ per year! With others you pay only once. I gave this plugin a chance for 4 months, I had a big bug that blocked my business for 5 days (my clients couldn’t make appointments at all), so I stopped expenses. The support is terrible, most of the time they don’t try to help you but say “need to update”, but the bug is still present, which proves that they haven’t even looked at your problem. .. It is shameful. Basically, there are bugs and you shouldn’t tell them or even expect a quick reaction from them.

There are many issues with the template at least the one I have, I have had zero help with their support. I will contact them thru web or email and it takes a week or longer for a generic reply and then to forward to technical support is the reply. Our site has only worked a few months at most sine we used the template. We will be switching. They have nice looking templates its just not for us with their lack of support and templates not working.

They always make you buy add-ons with these plugins even though you don’t need them. MiniOrange’s Support team is based of out India, which is nothing wrong, but their support is horrible and they never pickup their calls. I have purchased this plugin from them and they want one business day just to generate a license key. They took almost 3 days to validate JWT token with public certificate manually. One of their support engineers don’t know how to input the information into jwt.io for validation. You can imagine the kind of quality people working from their end.
They want to sell extra support hours with this plugin even though it comes with Goto Meeting support as per their website.
