Hi, I have bought Homestore theme. I”m generally happy with the theme, but there is a mistake on mobie – the text cover the product gallery. Please look at ever product display on mobile – there is not proper display of gallery and the description. Could you please help with it. THX

I am trying to reach the support on woocommerce for HomeStore Theme for StoreFront.
When I try to submit the ticket I get “Something went wrong and we couldn’t submit your ticket! Please try again.”
I try again and again same error each time, I have tried different content in the field boxes and the same error. I’ve tried I need help with StoreFront, I tried I need help with HomeStore. Do I try with another plugin that I purchased?

As there is no other way to contact you what can I do?

Space above first product in second row on mobile

Hello there,

I found a post to create 2 columns when the shop is used on a mobile device and that worked fine. But now there is a problem with the first product on the second column. The product doesn’t aline with the product in the first column.

Can someone please help me with this?

Homestore Menu

Hi Guys,
The default Homestore theme has a black line below the menu, this one also had and for some reason it has gone, I can’t remember when today as I was busy editing the site but realized a few mins ago the line is now missing.

Any ideas?

(also, how would one edit the background colour of a dropdown menu?)

logo background turns into black on mobile version

Hi there,
I am using Homestore, child theme of Storefront and I am having difficulties with the background of my logo on tablets and mobile.
My logo is transparent and displays as such on desktop but on tablets and mobiles it gives a black background. I just want it to stay transparent.
Any idea how to fix it?

Customizing Storefront Homestore theme

Hello,

I just installed WordPress 4.4.2 (Czech) with latest Storefront and bought Homestore theme and WooCommerce Customizer. I want to build full width homepage with categories listing in this design: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ptq9z05t72c4oe4/swagat01.jpg?dl=0. However I have some difficulties with customizing the homepage:

1. The promo area under the main navigation I can do with text widget, however what if I want the user to manage the contet (text and background image) in the box, what would be best solution?

2. How can I activate categories listing in fullwidth layout? I can get categories in the Sidebar in Homepage layout, however if I choose Homepage design > Static page and choose Shop (fullwidth), there is no widget to display categories (with pictures) on the homepage. 3. How I’d be able to hide/remove the section titles such us Shop, Product teaser (text widget title) that automatically appears on homepage in the heading of each sections?
