Thanks for the help.
]]>We’re having a issue with InstaPage in combination with WPML.
Our homepage is set to a language page ” https://oururl.com/en ” and therefore all instapage pages start with the language url “/en”.
But since we have a multilang site we want to create landing pages in multiple languages so this url can’t have the language in it.
Could you guys please add a filter to “InstapageCmsPluginWPConnector::getHomeURL” ?
If i can simply alter the $url var there to use get_site_url(); function this would be fixed for us.
I know this will result in us no longer being able to alter the homepage with a InstaPage but we weren’t planning on doing this so this is no issue for us.
Thanks in advance,
Kind regards,

]]>in the settings, I have clicked the option “the homepage URL contains the language code instead of the site name or ID of the site”. Anyway, after translating my homepage into a foreign language, the URL of the translated page was created with an ending of the name of the translated page (websitename.org/en/home/), while when I click on the language switcher for English, a blank page with the different URL (websitename.org/en/) appears. The translated version of the homepage works very well (websitename.org/en/home/) but I need to synchronize its URL with the URL of the language switcher. I would prefer “websitename.org/en/”. The homepage is set as a static page. How do I do it?
Thank you
]]>I was building my site with Beaver Page Builder and suddenly got a problem: the url of the home page mysite.com now always redirects to mysite.com/wp-login.php, so I am not able to see the homepage anymore. Luckily I can access the backend dashboard.
I checked settings > general and both WP address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are correctly pointing to mysite.com, so I don’t understand what happened.
Any suggestions on how I can solve the problem?
Many thanks!
]]>(1) The home page url has “/wordpress” added to the end automatically and is still pulling this page from the live site subfolder (it breaks when the subfolder is renamed). All other pages don’t have this added to the url & work fine when the subfolder is renamed. The permalink for the home page does not include /wordpress, btw.
(2) I can’t change the permalinks to a custom structure, have tried several times and it won’t save.
thanks for any help!
]]>First of all, I would like to thank you for this theme which is easy to use and which works pretty great! However I have some questions and I would be really happy to get some answers
1) My homepage is a static page called “home”. When I go to my main website URL https://www.mywebsite.com I am automatically redirected to https://www.mywebsite.com/home/. How can I prevent this redirection ?
2) If I put a widget in the “page sidebar” area, all my pages will show the widget, right ? Can I choose in which page exactly I want it to show up or not ? I feel a bit limited regarding this. Moreover, whether I choose the “left sidebar page template” or the right one, all my pages will display the same widget. Can I prevent that somehow ?
Thanks for your answers !

]]>very new to wordpress and struggling a bit here.
When I set the site up I’ve somehow set my main url as the place where posts are displayed and as the homepage (like I want), but then I added a page called “home” because I didn’t see a homepage listed in the pages when I started.
That page has the url domainname.com/sample-page..
How do I merge these two pages/ get rid of one so that I just have a homepage displaying posts, with a url without /sample-page after it.
Thanks for any and all help!
]]>I’m brand new to wordpress and learning bit by bit. I’m building a blog that I want to have the homepage displaying posts (like if I selected Front Page displays- Your latest posts) but when I’ve use that option it comes up with the url for all the pages on my site of: www.digitalcopywriting.com.au/sample-page/(whatever the page is)..
In pages if I go to the homepage (was originally the sample page) when I set the permalink it has to be digitalcopywriting.com.au/something.. can anyone please explain how to keep this as the landing page, but have the permalink just as the domain name so that it doesn’t effect child pages urls.
Also when I go the the site in a browser it displays the url correctly without sample-page, and I’m at a bit of a loss why that is as well.
Thanks very for any and all help!
