What makes me think something’s wrong is that the “home” page appears in my menu, but isn’t listed in my pages. Do I need to correct that? I’m using the simple catch theme. My site is:

The first link is where all my posts are going. When you go to the second link without the wp directory, it just gives you a generic under construction picture. How do I make all the posts push to the primary URL without a directory (i.e. drjohnkiel.com)

I love this theme, but I’ve been through a good portion of the support posts and either I am unable to find a thread that matches my issue. It’s a pretty minimal issue, so hopefully it won’t take long to resolve. All of the Posts that are feeding to my home page seem to link back to my home and not to the posts that are displayed. Is there a way to fix this without adding the child theme? I’ve looked back over my posts page and I can’t find anything that dictates where it links to from the home page, but It should take you right to the post that is displayed in the slider or in the snippets below that, right? Not to the same home page.

My “landing page” says 404……and I cannot edit OR delete it.

Ideally, I’d like to edit it so that the body of that page looks like this page:

I’m not sure how this “home” page even got there, I thought I was editing my “landing page” but something went awry.

Just to be sure I’m clear: I’d like my landing page to look exactly like the “home” page….it would be really super if I could just edit the 404 page and type in those couple paragraphs right over to the other page, then delete what is currently the home page.

Ive made one page so far which is called blog.

When I view website, there is a home page and blog page but I cant see the home page in dashboard so cant update it.

Elevateeverything.com goes right to my main page which shows my recent posts, etc.

I’d like my “home” page to go to the same page, elevateeverything.com, but instead it goes to “elevateeverything.com/home”.

When I try to edit the “Home” page, and try to take the “home” out of the permalink, it won’t let me.

I’d like to keep the “Home” tab, but I’d just like to direct it to my main domain, elevateeverything.com

Any help?
