Love the plugin but i’d like to know if on some posts I can disable starbox and not show the author?

I am using DW Question Answer plugin, along with your plugin. So, when i am posting and question, and giving the answer, it is showing author box twice, one for question and another for answer. I want to hide both the author box from the question answer section of my blog. Please help to remove them..

Hi,

Your plug works great except that this function:

“Hide the author box if author description is empty:” is not working.

Currently I have a guest author account that I am trying to hide the author info, but even though the WordPress user for guest author has no description, the author box is still showing up on the page.

Please advise.

Can't uncheck "Hide Author Box from custom post types"

Hello,

Under Settings–>Starbox, I checked the “Hide Author Box from custom post types” box under “Visible in posts.” And, I can’t uncheck this box. When I click to uncheck it, it shows empty. I hit “Save Settings” at the bottom of the page. The page reloads and the box is mysteriously rechecked. I want it unchecked. How do I make this happen?

I’ve tried turning “Visible in posts” off and back on again. I’ve tried disabling and enabling the Starbox plugin. I am hoping not to have to uninstall and reinstall the plugin because I don’t want to lose author photos and bios.

I accidentally checked the “Hide Author Box from custom posts types” and now I’m trying to turn it off, however when I uncheck the box and click save, the box is still checked.

Is there an option/shortcode to hide the box in a single post even if it’s showing for the category as a whole? I found a shortcode to show the box, but not one to hide it!
