Thank you for the plugin.
A question or suggestion: The plugin is of course used during development. But the fact is that some dot files have to be available, especially if you work with a version management system.
For example the .gitignore if you work with Git.
If you then later push the plugin to SVN, these files will of course be removed.
Would it be possible to make an exception for hidden files such as .gitignore and issue a warning instead of an ERROR?
Best regards
Wolfgang
The only option to get it out of your WordPress files is to start over with a completely new install of WordPress. You have to start your site from scratch! All your files, content, images….
I don’t know how I’m only the second person to leave a one-star review when A LOT of people are complaining of the same thing in the help forums. Zakra support lacks adequate assistance other than, “sucks to be you, start your site over.”
]]>I love your plugin but can you add, as a nav-bar option, a button to have visible or not the dotfiles in a directory without having to modify the plugin source code. For example the .htaccess file. Every time the plugin has an update I have to go to edit the plugin source code to see the .htaccess file.
]]>Beyond this request/suggestion, the plugin is awesome. Great job!!!
Thanks.

“Next functions are disabled by server configurations, but needed for correct theme working: iconv_substr. To enable these functions, remove them from disable_functions parameter of section in php.ini.”
The problem is, I can’t find the php.ini file in order to make the change! There are several php.ini.bak files, but no php.ini. When logging in to cPanel, I tell it to show me hidden files, but I can’t find php.ini. I’ve looked in all of the directories.
Suggestions?
]]>Is there a work around for uploading .hiddenfiles? I have tried to rename them, upload them. and rename to the original with no luck.

]]>I really appreciate your plugin and what it provides out of the box. I was wondering if there was a way to create hidden files? Either through a UI or a naming convention (on Windows it’s .filename. but that’s an invalid name on CYSTEME).
Thanks,
Svetlana

]]>Oakley – Men’s & Women’s Sunglasses, Goggles, & Apparel
sdis07.fr/
Sunglasses, Goggles, Apparel, and More Available at the Oakley Official Website.
I ran a Google Search Console scan, and a couple of foreign links appeared:
kristendomonell.com/discontinued-oakley-sunglasses/ and kristendomonell.com/oakley-dispatch-sunglasses/
Both of these bring you to error pages, but my site was obviously hacked and there are files hidden somewhere. Does anyone have any tips for finding these so I can delete them? I’ve installed WordFence to avoid issues in the future, but need to clear this up. I have already reinstalled WordPress files and my theme files on GoDaddy FTP.
Thank you for your insights!

I cannot edit the faulty .DS_Store file as it’s hidden. I’ve tried loading backed up versions of the theme to no avail. I’ve also tried reinstalling wordpress. Any solutions?
