Hello,

Can you tell me which font is used by the OceanXP (3.0.3) theme? When I choose the classic editor, I select the Helvetica font and under Gutenberg, I cannot select any, I think I have to go through an extension? At Google Fonts, Helvetica can be purchased, while others like Roboto are easily downloadable.

Hi,

I need to have Helvetica on Accordions and Spoliers. The font must be the same and only helvetica in my entire website. How can I make sure that what ever the shortcode that I use with Ultimate Shortcodes, my page will only have one unique Helvetica font and with the very same size?

Can't save from HTML pane. Just turns to Helvetica font and then blank

I just upgraded a client’s site to 3.3.1 and now whenever I go into the HTML pane of a post or page and click Update, instead of saving, I just got all my HTML in a Helvetica (or Arial font and then clicking Update again just makes the pane go blank. I tried it on both Firefox and Safari on Mac.

Hello all. In need of seriously assistance as I have been trying to find a solution for weeks!

I am using a theme (grid-a-licious) that is apparently problematic. So don’t know if the problem is in my CSS or in the php etc…

My site fonts look great on firefox (PC or mac) and safari (mac) but IE 6 & IE 7 I can’t get arial (which is what I want) to display properly!! ONLY on IE does it not work.. when I change the CSS to Tahoma, it works fine.. just Arial and helvetica display blocky and illegible. On several PC’s using IE, so not just mine and it is not a setting on my IE as other sites look totally ok that use Arial.

Here is my code, and really really would appreciate HELP!! You can see where i have sans-serif, I took out Arial and Helvetica… and even at that, in IE things look blocky and illegible…I’m a novice so please be 101 with me!:
