]]>When posting on the general forum, i was informed to do a health check,
I disabled all plugins and installed a default theme, the issue was resolved, until i put the Astra theme back on.
My temporary fix is to use a different theme, but i would prefer to keep using the Astra theme because my whole site is built on it!
Please, i need some SERIOUS help!
And since Astra is the reason the issue came up in the first place, i’d like you to come up with a fix.
Kind regards,
Rogier
]]>First of all, thank you very much for creating such a great and lightweight plugin and making it available for free. I really appreciate all your hard work.
I just updated the plugin yesterday to the latest version and something weird is happening.
The site is loading extremely slow (15 seconds or more. Usually it’s under 3.)
I checked my traffic stats this morning as I do every morning and noticed my traffic had dropped by almost 100% yesterday and the current day. I checked and we are still indexed in Google and we still have our keywords rankings the same as before. There were no other issues.
I checked other sources and it seemed like our traffic hadn’t actually dropped but there was an issue with the W3counter analytics that we use.
So when I check the Apache error log I saw a whole bunch of errors such as:
AH01276: Cannot serve directory /public/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html,index.htm,index.php) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive
and
[core:error] [pid 15803:tid 140383480702720] (36)File name too long: [client 87.102.119.16:0] AH00127: Cannot map HEAD /free-software-download-sites/@2x.data:image/svg+xml;base64,PD94bWwgdmVyc2lvbj0iMS4wIiBlbmNvZGluZz0iVVRGLTgiPz4KPHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iNDhweCIgaGVpZ2h0PSI0OHB4IiB2aWV3Qm94PSIwIDAgNDggNDgiIHZlcnNpb249IjEuMSIge…This (the charactors) continues for a few paragpahs
While digging on Google, somebody mentioned checking for recently updated plugins. I diactivated Breeze and sure enough the W3copunter stats starts counting again. I also deactivated and activated other recently updated plugins and none of them made any difference. So I am assuming the latest update to Breeze had something to do with it.
Also, after deactivating Breeze, the site started loading fast again!
I am not very technical when it comes to this but I’d be happy to provide more info if needed.
I know you are busy and this is a free plugin so please take your time. For the time being, I deactivated the plugin so it’s no issue for now. But I would love it if you could look into it and see if you can find out what the issue is.
Thanks very much in advance.

]]>I’m watching latest step by step tutorial by Tyler Moore and i stuck in Adding new page part, coz there is no “S” button for importing single page templates from Starter Templates library. Although there is seperate button near “Edit with Elementor” called “Edit with Starter Templates” BUT the whole page is so messy and loses all previously imported theme informations. So my question is that Elementor is nolonger working side by side with Astra? and it allows only for importing pages directry from Elementor library? or something is going on with my WP? and i have to say that i tried hard reset and reinstall and still it does not want to work with Elementor.
Help me, please!

Obviously I need to fix something in a snippet, but I’m not sure which one. I edited the ones with the “output” variable so that it should no longer be undefined but It’s still throwing that error. Is there a way to see which snippet is causing this error? One disadvantage to this plugin is that if there is an error it does not point to a specific line in a file as they are all stored on the database.
