I recently switched to Ad Inserter. I am loving it already, but there is an issue in placing an ad in Header Sidebar.
I am using ColorMag theme. I wanted to place an ad in Header Sidebar. This is how I done it.
1. I placed adsense ad code in a block.
2. Then I selected ”Inside HTML Element” option in ”Insertion” setting and saved.
3. After that I created an Ad Inserter Block in Header Sidebar and selected Block 5 there.
4. When the Ad Inserter settings refreshed now it shows that the block is linked to Heade Sidebar Widget.
5. But Even after a day, ads are not showing in Header (ads in content working fine). What could be the reason?
6. When the Lable Blocks function turned on, the phrase ”Code for block 5 Block 5 PREPEND CONTENT W=1 N=1” shown in the Header Sidebar.
I have turned on the Remote Debugging. Your help will be highly appreciated on this issue.
Regards
]]>I’m testing your plugin on my client’s site https://maltaguides.co and want to make the header widget appear as a “top bar”.
Basically the widget displays in the right location, but I want to set a background colour for the container (header-sidebar-wrap?) so I get a full width bar with a white background, like the Twenty Seventeen top menu.
How do I go about doing this?
Thanks!
]]>What’s the issue?
]]>I’d like to make a front page (Home) that only showcases the three header sidebars included in the theme, with no content at the bottom. However, when the content box is empty, there’s this awkward white box I can’t seem to get rid of.
Also, for some reason, the HOME button in the menu doesn’t seem to link back to the Front page (shows 404). Anybody knows how to fix these two things?
Thanks!

]]>I was wondering if on the sidebar, there was a way to put the Categories and Archives on the same line instead of having one at the bottom and one at the top (Left sidebar/content)?
Additionally, I was wondering if anyone know how to activate the header sidebar? I tried looking around in the Theme Options, but couldn’t find it.
Thanks!
]]>This takes up too much vertical space in the header sidebar. What I want is a dropdown submenu from the last item in the custom menu widget in the header sidebar, that only opens on hover. Is that possible?
I have already tried making the top level menu item a parent page of all the submenu pages from the Pages template. I tried this with the top level page as an actual page, and as a dead link menu item, but it didn’t make any difference. Either way, the submenu items still appeared on the menu looking just the same as the top level items.
Sorry I can’t include a link – the site is under construction and not publicly available. I hope I have described the problem clearly enough, but if not, please ask about whatever is unclear.
