How to swap titles from h4 to h2

I’m having accessibility issues since all of the footer widgets titles are h4 elements. How can I make these h2’s instead? I’ve tried filters and don’t want to use js.

W ustawieniach wtyczki jest wy??czenie dla ca?ej tre?ci.
Ja potrzebuj? jednak tylko dla samych nag?ówków …

(Wtyczka dodaje tward? spacje w wi?kszo?ci przypadków po s?owach dwuliterowych. A to powoduje ?e nie dzia?a mi inna wtyczka. Dlatego chcia?bym wy??czy? to dla samych nag?ówków.)

Links in H4 not transferring over

I noticed when posting about our video issues here, our workaround of adding links to videos wasn’t transferring over (not sure if that’s the right term) to Apple News. Since then, I talked to our editor and she said she uses links in H4 often, so none of those links show when H4 and possibly others are used.

Hi.
I have just updated my Zakra theme (which has a child theme) to the latest version 1.5.4, Headings h3, h4, throughout the site on Chrome, Edge, FireFox and Opera appear as h2 (or is it h1?).
Note that before I noticed the I had edited the child theme to add the following :

width: 100%;
border: 1px solid black;
border-collapse: collapse;
}
table th {
border: 1px solid black;
border-collapse: collapse;
}

border: 1px solid black;
border-collapse: collapse;
}
Can you advise please?

Widget titles in the megamenu are using h4 tags. I would like to change that if possible and use or a simple

, no headings. I haven’t seen any way to change that, only the color, size, etc.
