1. It’s pretty convoluted trying to create the calendar! It’s hard to find what to do in the documentation. There doesn’t seem to be a “Here’s how to create your first calendar” type of thing. Anyway, finally I created a location, employee and assigned hours, then put an employee on a schedule, added a schedule to a page.
2. That works, however, I need to be able to book for any of the 24 hours. The scheduling form checks that the employee hours have a end time greater than the start time… so it won’t let me add midnight to midnight to the schedule! The most I could get was with a 1 hour gap of midnight to 11pm. I couldn’t even make it 3am to 2am because 2<3.
3. Is there an alternate way to set it up to get around this if you can’t fix it in the short term?
4. Also the Calendar page only lists 8am-10pm I think it is. I need all 24 hours.
5. The other big feature is very specific one you may not intend to support, but is important for us. The customer can buy a subscription for the month, but only one month at a time for a fixed amount. It should expire at the end of each month rather than an ongoing subscription (although the client wants to give a couple grace days)
   BUT the customer needs to be able to book the gym any number of times after their payment during the month. They do NOT have to book the gym times at the time of the payment. So they need to be able to sign in and then book a time slot without seeing the payment screen as long as their subscription hasn’t expired.
6. A final bonus would be for very useful for trainers, etc. who are able to book a slot, but charge their own amount, basically the employee function but they would have a certain percentage of their charge going to the gym instead of a fixed amount. I’m not sure how their client would pay though…. oh – I guess the client would choose the trainer (employee) and then book using the trainer’s schedule, and and the trainer/employee would get paid (100% – gym commission%) and the gym would get their commission. Ideally. Not sure if that kind of functionality would be available in the paid version? I can see a % or a fixed $ amount would be quite useful, including if there was a monthly charge for a salon chair or something, it could all be done in the program.

I have been looking for a while for a solid plugin to manage a personal training studio/ boutique fitness.

In this area there is not a lot to choose from so I was hoping the community have some tips to get me started.

Today we are using Virtuagym but this portal is not flexible enough for integration in wordpress.

Some key points and must-haves:
* Buy/book single trainings
* Buy/book subscriptions, eg: 100 credits that stands for 10 trainings or hours with the option to login and book a new training with the credits.
* prefer payment through mollie.com
* prefer integration with woocommerce

Any thoughts for a plugin or solution?

Right now they have a CRM that they use and the users just click their name/image and then hit a button that says ‘check-in’. Preferably that would be the UI that they want on the site.

If you update the pro software be prepared for MANY OF THE FEATURES PREVIOUSLY INCLUDED TO BE REMOVED. They want to EXTORT MONEY by making everything an add-on module for add-on $$.

The software is BUGGY. I never did get a response to a specific problem with PayPal showing up when it was disabled, even after giving them access to the backend of my WordPress.

Support is LACKING – while initially responsive did not resolve my problem and when I posted a review on ENVATO after giving them the opportunity to correct the problem, they personally attacked me calling me a liar instead of trying to help me.

I can provide screenshots of PROOF, receipts, etc. if necessary to back this up. Don’t waste your money on this one.

I would like to be able to keep a profile of customers, the credits they purchase, the classes they are taking that’s using their credits, and their payment history when they purchased their credits. The idea of credits works best because a customer that wants to purchase one class at a time might get charged a more expensive per class rate than a customer that buys 5 classes up front, and it would be even cheaper for 10 classes and so on. Each time a customer schedules a class, they use one of their credits.

Ideally I would like customers to be able to (1) register for an account, (2) purchase credits, (3) have the ability to schedule a class with their credits so we know how many people to expect, and (4) get an email notification when they are low on credits.

Most of the plugins I have looked at handles classes on a monetary system, but not a credit system. There are also membership plugins that work on credits, but they mainly handle paying to see content on your site. Does anyone know of any plugins that can handle what I am looking for?

I need really well designed, beautiful, rich in graphics theme with premium support if possible. Topic is: gym, fitness, sport in general and classic company presentation.

Where may I found such themes? There are so, so many websites that offer WordPress themes so I’m really struggling here since I’ve never really deeply investigated them. I know that Themeforest is good, are there any other good alternatives?
