I have a use case where I need to clone entries within a Gravity Flow workflow (similar to a re-order step) I’d like to be able to have a step in gravity flow clone a target entry by providing the form id and entry id.

So I have five acf’s in the user page, which can be updated by a gravity form submitter after it has been approved by an assignee in gravity flow. I can do it using the gravitflow update user step, but I want the submitter to choose which field to be updated. How can I achieve this?

But I have a problem with the translation using loco translate. I would like to change the headline “Summary” (div.gotrgf_summary_title) and “TOTAL”.

Your plugin is correctly identified by loco translate as “live-summary-for-gravity-forms”. But I can only translate the Description of the plugin, the Author, the name and the class-gravitysummaryaddon.php – e.g. “msgid “Set this switch to on to show a live summary next to the form”. There is no text “Summary” or “Total” as shown in the frontend.

Unable to disable Query Monitor

I use a set of plugins called gravity flow and gravity forms to control a complex set of steps on a system on our site. I notice that Query Monitor added a ton of content to the footer of my entry pages and I do not want that. As a result, I decided to disable the plugin to remove that query data. When I disable the plugin, I now get PHP errors at the top of every browser page associated with my site. So I have to turn the plugin back on to remove those.

What do I need to do to not get those PHP errors when I turn off the plugin?

Gravity Flow Form hangs when submitting user input during workflow process

When using Pods Gravity Forms Add-On with Gravity Flow the form hangs when trying to submit user input on a GF form.

This issue was test with and without PODS and determined that the problem occurs when the Pods Gravity Forms Add-On plugin is activated. Issue was first sent to Gravity Flow developers who were able to replicate the issue and determined the below recommendation:

You can mention that they should be looking at gform_pre_entry_detail action hook to setup Pods GF add-on hooks for when they are updating form entry, or check with GFCommon::is_entry_detail() to check if they are on the correct page before calling the form method from GFEntryDetail.

Any resolution would be much appreciated so we can continue with the use of Pods and Gravity Forms.

Nice concept. But is it possible to dynamically generate the timeline of every entry in the gravity flow detail page? Otherwise the benefit of having this static chart is very limited as there can be lots of entries and manually to write the shortcode is difficult. Also the chart should be generated at the each step dynamically to get the proper benefits from the plugin.

GravityFlow (for Gravity Forms) utilizes a global “inbox” for creating various workflows around Gravity Form submissions. They also provide a method for linking to specific pages other than the global inbox through the use of certain merge tag parameters (see https://docs.gravityflow.io/article/53-link-to-the-workflow-entry).

What I’ve found is that, if I’m not yet logged in to WordPress and I click this customized Gravity Flow merge tag from an email notification, after I authenticate, I am not taken to the page specified in the merge tag but, instead, I’m taken to the Gravity Flow global inbox. However, if I am already logged in and click the link from the email, I am directed to the correct page as specified in the merge tag.

I have shared this information with the Gravity Flow development team, but I also wanted to share it with you, as I’m not sure where if the source of the issue lies with the Gravity Flow plugin or the WP Force Login plugin. I wanted to make you aware so that you would be able to test and/or work with the Gravity Flow development team to determine a fix.

If I am not logged in, and click on that link, it forces me to log in as expected. However, it sends me forward to this URL:

The Access Token that Gravity Flow added to the URL has been stripped off. That causes a malfunction in subsequent workflow steps. Why does this happen, and can it be corrected?

I have setup UM – as a HOA Community. This community has different user roles. Homeowners, Security, HOA Admin….etc. Some of these properties (user roles) have multiple homes in the community a Primary residence and a RENTAL PROPERTY with RENTAL AGENTS who mange those properties.

I also have GRAVITY FORMS and GRAVITY FLOW plugin so homeowners can send Electronic Forms to security for Guest access.

IS there a way to give limited access to my RENTAL Properties that are managed by RENTAL AGENTS (another user role). I only want this user role to be able to access the Rental Form “TAB” and submit forms….

I am trying to obtain the username of a users manager dynamically.

The usermeta is populated properly, however it looks like the “manager” field is a user object perhaps?

Can you help me find a way to obtain the user account for the manager. I am using Gravity Flow and need to be able to escalate a workflow step to a users manager.
