Fatal Goggle Drive error

I am trying to install Xcloner to use Google Drive as a storage location. Xconer is working perfectly for backup to a local drive on the server but when I setup Google Drive and go to save the settings I get this error and have not figured out what is causing the error.

Cannot remove readonly permission for Google Drive

Hi,

Following this topic, I removed the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly scope using the updraft_googledrive_scope filter, but then when trying to authenticate to my Google Drive account I get the following error message:

An error (googledrive_insufficient_permissions) occurred in trying to connect with Google Drive.
Error details: In order to obtain a full access token for your future tasks, it is necessary to authorize with full permissions to access your Google Drive storage.
“””

Seems like the plugin requires the readonly permission for the whole GDrive account, even though in the source code it says that it is optional.

Could you take a look?

I just have a general question before going on the adventure of making a website..

I have python code that uploads images to googledrive ever hour.. and I want them to be on my website as soon as they’re updated on my googledrive (without me having to do anything manually).

Are there any plugins that will replace updated googledrive photos on a wordpress website. I just want to display images that are based on data that comes in every hour. (Aka an image of cloud satellites across the US) I need to be SURE if I update it on googledrive automatically it will also update on my wordpress site AUTOMATICALLY

transfer to GoogleDrive fails

I was hoping somebody might be able to help me figure out why the transfer to GoogleDrive consistently fails. My host provider is fairly useless. The transfer starts ok, but stalls every time after about 7% of the backup has transferred.

Ninja forms Upload Files addon error

After installing the addon “File Uploads” of Ninja forms and trying to activate the integration connect with google, so that the upload of files in forms goes right to the google drive.
the addon generates a critical error on my site making it impossible for me to do anything.

Everything works fine, but the backup is not uploaded to GoogleDrive.

Do I need to add another function?

Google Drive Account ID

In Advanced tab for PDF, I am wanting to save PDF to Google Drive.
There is a box for Google Drive Folder ID — this is OK, get it from the URL of a folder.

But you also ask for Google Drive Account ID??
Where do I get this?
For other apps linked to Google Drive, I have always had to specifically give access permission to the app, not just enter an ID.

Remote Storage Alias gone

Dear Wpvivid,

I use Wpvivid for many of my websites & am very pleased with the product.

But one backup does not work anymore (for one or another reason).

I use Google Drive Remote Storage but for one website the ‘Storage Provider & Remote Storage Alias’ are gone in:
Backup & Restore > Remote Storage > Storages.

I am not able to re-create it since ‘Authenticate with Google Drive’ already exist for the other websites. They all have the same Remote Storage Alias.

How do I get the Remote Storage Alias back up & running?
