How do I display the availability of a specific date chosen by someone who wants to book a time slot?

E.g. Someone selects March 3, 2023. Then sees the availability on that specific day, whereby other engagements already in my Google calendar are displayed and hence not bookable.

Google Calendar sync stops working in a busy shop

Hi, I have successfully implemented Salon Booking with Google Calendar 2 ways sync at several nail salons. However, I notice that the synchronization does not work at one of the busiest shop with over 20 bookings a day. It works at other shops. Could this be a bug in the plugin? Thanks!

For some reasons, some bookings are not sync to google calendar. For example, I can see 15 bookings in salon booking calendar today, but in google calendar, it only show 12…missing 3. Does anyone know why? Thx

I run into a strange problem. If I book an appointment via front-end, the event is sync to google calendar perfectly. However, if I try to book an appointment using the back end of salon booking, it will not sync to Google Calendar. Does anyone know why?

I hope you are safe and sound. I am in need of a small support about your plugin. I need to see my reservation data on my google calendar. I mean when a user registers on a specific date reservation then the data will be automatically synced with google calendar. If it possible I will appreciate your cooperation. first synchronisation with google calendar

Hi,

Is it necessary to sync Easy Appointments with an empty google calendar for first sync or can it be done with a calendar with tasks already in?
I suppose all appointment tests should be deleted in EA before first sync to avoid conflicts.
I recommended it to my client but i need to know if tasks already in Google Calendar are not deleted after the first sync with EA.

Also, i read “Custom time interval for sync on each 5, 15 or 30 minutes” in features. Are there case sync interval are delayed?
I also need to be sure than my client can make an appointment manually directly in its google calendar with its time blocked in EA.

Hi,

First of all, great plugin! Big kudos!

I’m using the Google Calendar Sync – it works great, but in my setup a have two assistants who will put in appointments in their Google Calendar which is not salon-booking appointments (normal calendar events, daily meetings etc.). These events should block the available time slots for the given assistant, but as of now, this is not the case. Am I overseeing something, or is this feature not available?

Use Google Calendar Sync to Rezdy and Woocommerce Bookings

I am not a dev I fumbled around and have slowly built this website learning along the way.

I am on the road most of the time and I need to find a way to control all of my booking from my phone and currently rezdy does not allow this. Google Calendar does however…

I would like to have it so that without sending people off my page to book:
1. I can input a booking in Google Calendar and it will update my Woocommerce Bookings Calendar and also Rezdy Calendar.
2. Bookings from the website should update google Calendar and Rezdy (I have figured this part out this is currently working)
3. Rezdy is mainly used for live availability with tour agents so I would like to somehow use their API to integrate all three calendars if possible.

Please let me know if there is another solution because at the moment I’m paying quite a bit for the Rezdy subscription and its just not doing what I need it too.
