GMB not toggled by default for Posts created through the WordPress REST API

The Post to GMB plugin setting to be enabled by default is active.

When a post is published on the wordpress site through WordPress REST API, the Post to GMB is not enabled.

If I go to create a post in the wordpress site manually, the post to GMB is enabled by default.

Toggle not Showing and Posts not auto posting to GMB

We have an issue with this site particularly where the posts are not publishing to the GMB account. We also don’t see a toggle to enable and disable the post to GMB on posts. This site is using beaver builder, but we use gutenberg for the posts.

Quick question: To make sure I can avoid twice the work, is it possible to have a Google My Business Account with all chain stores (around 70-80 stores nationwide) listed there and let GeoDirectory import all those stores including Adresses, opening hours etc? So if a chain store is closed or opening hours change, I can change all that ONLY in GMB and GD will sync the data on my website?
If so, what data exactly are possible to sync from the Goole My Business stores?

Couldn’t get the plugin to recognise my business, so contacted the devs. They said it was a problem at Google’s end and the plugin worked perfectly. The fact the GMB account exists, can take reviews, and existing reviews can be seen on Google causes me to doubt this. If you have a fixed location, the plugin may work for you, but if you cover a service area, don’t bother trying.
