Hey

I am using WP Travel for my website but the map is not working. Console gives me the following error:
Source map error: request failed with status 404Resource URL: plugins/wp-travel/assets/js/lib/gmaps/gmaps.min.js?ver=1.7.9Source Map URL: gmaps.min.js.map

WP Google Maps is an excellent plug-in which allows you to easily create maps for WordPress sites. The plugin provides a great number of settings that can be adjusted so that your maps look exactly how you want them to look. It’s easy to create maps with a single point of interest or with many different points of interest. Additionally, the support provided if you have any trouble is top-notch. I am very happy that I found this plug-in.

The latest update disabled KML support and introduced an utterly ugly map layout. A direct integration with Gmaps API via Scripts n Styles is super easy and so much better.

Hi. Thanks for developing this awesome plugin. I’m fighting to add an alternative marker icon when location is opened without success in forked version. I notice that even in pro version there’s no such option. It’s rather suggestion for feature in next editions, than request for help, but of course if there’s easy way to do it I’ll appreciate it well.

Coordinates show the wrong location.

Hi!

I made a map on a previous site that is working as expected. However, now I am building another site using the exact same coordinates and settings as I did with the first site, but the location shown on this second map is wrong. It shows a place somewhere in Montana, when it should be in Europe. Both sites show the “Oops! Something went wrong” message, but this error only started to show up long after I developed the first site this spring.

All the settings are the same on both maps, I also did ensure that Google Maps Javascript API is enabled.

is it possible to refresh the map after an event?

I think I can use
google.maps.event.trigger(map, 'resize');
but I don’t know how to “connect” the map variable to the map in my page.

Hi, I’m using your great plugin ( plus tabs and tooltip extensions), I’ve just started a local project and I’m not able to use map metabox in backend getting this error: “Google Maps API error: MissingKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#missing-key-map-error”
API3 loos to allow only sites established before june 22 to use the map in the old way,does it has something to do with that?
how can it be solved?

However, it is showing the default map of New York.
How do I set up the map to appear my region?
