UPDATE: I contacted Arraytics, the company name behind Timetics. I used their only form of ticket request, a basic support form on their website. They claim there is an email but it does not work. They promised a refund but have yet to deliver. Their support staff asked for very private data to be shared through the unsecured form. The support is not prompt, honest or professional. I would steer clear of this company until they vastly improve. The risks and costs to customers are too high.
]]>Our website login will not work. We have attempted to change the login password and the reset link also does not work. We also have attempted to view the website front-end page and our various widgets and text appear to be glitching. Because we cannot get into the back-end we are unable to search for resolutions.
Are there any next steps to resolve these issues?
]]>EDIT: The support is responsive and helpful so I am adding a star, but my main issue is still the fact that the plugin uses Bootstrap 3 on the front end. Other plugins allow you to choose a bootstrap version, or a version that just uses semantic html (I would personally would just stick with this to ensure broader theme support). There are other minor bugs that I feel would actually get fixed if I reported them to the developers. Overall, this is still the best plugin for creating and managing tables if it works with your theme, especially when it comes to data relations. It’s just a shame I can’t use it until they address the bootstrap issue, which they said they are working on, but it will take some time which is understandable.
]]>First, I logged on the other day and noticed that the WordPress gallery isn’t allowing uploads or displaying any of the photos I previously uploaded. The gallery page is blank. When trying to upload, it won’t even let me select an image–no error messages or anything–the Select Files button simply does nothing on the Upload New Media page. It doesn’t work in blog posts either.
Right now, though, I can’t even get into the plugins section of the dashboard to troubleshoot–it tries to download instead of loading the page. I even tried disabling them from the file manager on my hosting site, and that didn’t seem to do anything.
I’ve restored my site to an older backup and cleared my cache. Didn’t solve the issues.
I desperately need help with both of these issues as soon as possible…My readers are expecting a blog post the day after tomorrow and I can’t post it without images.

]]>Customer can make a reservation for a room and add to cart fine. The issue is on the final checkout page just before you click the pay button. If you select pay by card, you cant actually enter any payment details as when you click on the card details entry boxes, nothing happens. Same issue for the main paypal option. If iOS devices try to click the yellow paypal button, it either vanishes or just logs the user out but doesnt allow you to complete payment.
We were using paypal checkout and exact same problem on that plugin too so wondering if its a theme related issue or if this is a known issue on ios??
