Donation confirmation not shown after successful donation

Hi,

I am showing the donation form in a pop-up. If you click on “DONATE NOW” from main menu, you will see the form. I am using Stripe gateway and you can test the donation by using below test credit card:

Credit Card: 4242 4242 4242 4242
Expiry: 12/34

I see donation is successful but donation confirmation is not shown in the pop-up. Instead pop-up is closed and I see below in URL:

Hello, we have a small problem on fundacjaetna.pl. I added the Pixel Tracking plugin to the website and turned it on, I also added the code from Pixel with Meta. However, it does not show me information about events in the Meta Pixel Helper tool, such as going to the collection page or information about purchuase on the thankyou page.

I don’t know how it is counted – is it counted from e.g. clicking a button or from the status of the order for purchuase?

We noticed that events go to Meta, but not all of them. For example, out of 10 donations, 7 are registered.

Collegamento Paypal al plugin GIVEWP FALLITO

Buongiorno, ho provato a collegare Paypal dalle impostazioni di GIVE WP, ma premendo su COLLEGA A PAYPAL, non succede niente. Cercavo nella guida una soluzione ma non la trovo.
Ho provato sia lavorando dal browser firefox che brave, ma il risultato è lo stesso. Tutte le altre impostazioni e modifiche le riesco a fare tranne collegare Paypal. Mi sapete dire perchè?

PayPal defaulting to a Liquid Web, LLC PayPal account

We can’t connect to PayPal using The Events Calendar Ticketing plugin because it’s defaulting to the Liquid Web, LLC PayPal account associated with the Give WP plugin previously installed on the website.

The Give WP plugin was deleted, but we are not able to connect our own PayPal account now because Liquid Web LLC is the PayPal user and we can’t remove this.

Have deleted everything with ‘paypal’ in it from the wp-options table but the problem persists.

There is a ‘_give’ table in the WordPress database but hesitate to delete it.

Credit Cards Payments error

When i Click on the credit card payment option it show me some error ;>
“A problem has occurred with the connection between this site and PayPal, preventing donations. Please contact site administrators if reloading the page does not fix the issue. This is usually the result of some JavaScript conflict on the page.”
how to resolve this issue ?.I have try to deactivate all the plugin and clear cache as well .

Give WP form works only when logged in in WordPress

I’ve installed the Give WP plugin in a WordPress website. It’s now running in test mode. All works fine as long as I’m logged in in WordPress. When I’m not logged in, the donation form doesn’t work anymore. Is that to be expected?

Step 1 form loads fine, OK
Step 2 click Donate now button, OK
Step 3 seelct amount, press continue, OK
STep 4 fill in name etc, OK
Step 5 select any payment option, white page shows

Payment Gateway is Stripe and that connection works fine. When the donation is finished (logged in in WordPress) then Stripe shows a succesfull donation. When NOT logged in, the donation doesn’t finish and Stripe doesn’t show anything. There are no errors shown at any time anywhere.

I contacted Give WP by e-mail, and they said this shouldn’t happen in test mode. They asked me to post a message here. Does anybody know why this happens when NOT logged in in WordPress, but all works fine when logged in in WordPress, and what might cause this problem?
