I’ve a woocommerce store with wpml and 3 languages.
Because i sell to different countries with different taxes being calculated on the fly, geolocate is active in woocommerce.

Is it possible with ctx to create a feed with taxes correctly applied?
If this is of any help, we sell from Portugal to Austria and Germany (feed is only to austria and germany)

Geolocate with page caching, site loads twice

Hello, hoping to get some clarity on this issue. I have Geolocate with page caching support enabled, because I need it to display prices and taxes for different countries (multilingual store with multi-currency). On the very first visit, the site loads twice quickly, it then adds ?v=… to the URL. I know geolocate with caching is the reason because when disabling it, the issue is gone. I read somewhere this is normal. Now, my issue is not the v= addition, but the side loading twice.
I am not sure if this is expected behaviour (site loading twice) so I tested it on a staging site with only storefront theme and WC enabled. It is still loading twice on first visit.
My question is, is this normal? Is this bad for SEO? Or nothing to worry about? Kind regards and thanks in advance.

I know that the billing country is assigned if GEOLOCATE is chosen in woocommerce settings.

The question is. Is the same thing happening with BILLING_STATE?

If not, is it possible to leave state unselected with a placeholder text: Pick you state

High Decrease in Bounce Rates After “?v=hash” is added to my URLs

Hello,

Since installing the ‘Geolocate with page caching support’ feature by Woocommerce, website urls are being appended with hash- ?v=XXXXXX and there has been a very high reduction in the bounce rates.

To give some perspective, the bounce rates as seen in Google Analytics have decreased from around 50% to 20% on average.

Not sure, if this is something common that’s a result of the Woocommerce feature or some tracking setup issue. Could not find any help online.

Does anyone have any suggestions or inputs?

Forced 307 redirect very slow

Hi. I have LS Cache and QUIC.cloud CDN configured and I am experiencing issues with every page being redirected to a cached version using a 307 code.

The problem is that the redirect is slower than loading a cached page as it adds 2s on to the page load time and appends a /?v=nnnnnn param to the URL which could be confusing for the user.

Any idea if this is an issue, a config option that I can turn off or any other suggestions welcome.

Does anyone know what can be done about Woocommerce stripping UTM parameters when using the Geolocate (with page caching support) feature?

When the ?v= is added to the URL, the UTM parameters are removed. Is there any way to preserve tracking when using this feature?

Enable auto Filter under geolocate not working

The Auto filter option under the geolocate settings is not working even when enabled. My site does not list out products based on user location automatically. User have to be filling in location each time, which is not very efficient.

Customer location as Geolocate with page caching issue

Hi there,

I’ve a website with multi-currency integration on woocommerce. In backend woocommerce > general > Default customer location need to be set as Geolocate (with page caching support) so that users get the precise currency with caching in website. If I change this option to only geolocate then multi-currency is not working properly with caching. But If I set default customer location to Geolocate (with page caching support), my website loads twice for the first time. As in if someone open any page from browser it loads twice on first time and if we reload it then it works fine.

I’ve already deactivated all other plugins and tested it, but issue still persists. I got to know by testing that the string (?v=xxxxx) which is added by Geolocate (with page caching support) is the reason for multiple loading. Is there any way to resolve it?
