DId not work with Elementor or latest WordPress

there is no documentation on how to make this work
I finally found out you need to edit a page with WordPress
Then there is an Analyze button
I got message “Generic Error”
So it did not work on a page made with WordPress editor, another page with Gutenberg, and another made with Elementor

So I uninstalled it.

Hello!

I am experiencing an issue with Chrome and Safari users when attempting to verify their subscription using the (very brief) redirecting page created by the method: request_to_antibot_form. It does work with Firefox.

I have checked the source code before it redirect to the home page but fails with a generic error page and the message:

ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.

The redirection page is all the output code from this method…

As far as I can tell, there are no conflicting plugins or any warnings/errors elsewhere. I have enabled WP_DEBUG, but there are no clues as to the exact issue here.

ho configurato il plugin secondo la guida, ho abilitato su piattaforma mailup i webservices – fronted, abilitato il controllo ip e aggiunto l’ip del sito web, ma il form di iscrizione restituisce: generic error.
Ho disabilitato il controllo ip, l’errore rimane.

Hi, I added the MailUp plug-in to connect my client account on her website but I’m testing and I have always “Generic Error”, nothing in the Log.
Where is the problem? The test passed.

Hello,
i have a form with 4 fields, email, name(Custom field 1), last name (Custom field 2) and sector (Custom field 3); the field codes match the MailUp data fields but the registration works if you fill the email field only, if you try to enter the other data, name, last name .. it gets stuck on generic error.

Hi, I add my IP in my configuration Mail up,
Log into your MailUp account
Navigate to Settings > Account settings > Developer’s corner > Web services
Select Frontend from the drop-down
Check the Enabled checkbox
For added security, enable IP Address Validation and add the IP address of your Web site

but the error is the same, can you help me?

Hi,
I always get the generic error when I try to subscribe.
I added into my mailup web service the IP address of the website, I tried also to deactivate the IP validation but I see the same error.
Mailup error is: xmlSubscribe: IpAddress: 80.88.87.36. Kind Of Error: -1011

I’ve a problem with the authorized IP feature.
My ISP don’t tell me the IP address my website use to go out.
So, can I disable this feature and how?
