Generatepress Featured image appears on Elementor Full Width

I have been using generate-press as a WordPress theme on a website. If I add a featured image in the page edit section and choose Elementor full width page, featured image shows on the top on Elementor Full width page.

So I wrote to customer service at generatepress and they said they can deal with it but they would like the following from the elementor team. I write their comments below and I wonder if you can reply to this specific answer:

If you can ask Elementor support what PHP condition can be used to determine the Full Width template is selected. With that information, we can provide a snippet to disable the featured image

I hope you can supply with is information please.

I’ve been using avada theme before, but avada theme is too heavy for the speed. Now I want to try generate press theme. But I don’t know if the generate press theme has advanced features like the avada theme above. Due to this ticket can’t upload video. Hi. I’m trying to add a code snippet to the header using this plugin, but the code itself (window.suggestmeyes_loaded = true;) is displayed in the frontend when I’m logged in (but not for visitors).

Here is the code:

I’m not a developper; so, I’m not sure if it is related to the plugin, the code syntax, or the theme. I’m using:



WordPress version: 6.1.1
Theme: GeneratePress 3.2.4

footer and its content move to header

It’s been some days that the footer of the website is not at its default place in some of the pages of the website. I tried to disable the cache plugin but no luck. There are only 12 plugins enabled and those shouldn’t cause any issue. Can anyone please help on the same?

The navigation menu fails to work when displayed on mobile telephones. It works in computer and laptop but not mobile devices. Upon mobile devices it simply display Menu but it is not active, does not present navigation links. The web site to view is at https://www.lagiraudiere.com/volunteer-france/ To keep present visitors happy and provide a means of navigation to mobile visitors I have inserted another menu in the top bar which although works it is not truly mobile responsive. Your advice/help would be appreciated.

Hi There,

We have a page that shows slides of information and it shows using a shortcode, shortcode that shows in a page with a shortcode of [st_alumni_single]. I edited it on the taxonomy and on the custom post type but still the old records show. It has 4 records of testimonials which is a custom post type and it has a taxonomy of testimonial_content. We want to change the records that will show, remove the 4 records and show new records that I already added on the testimonials. I believe that it is on the shortcode in which I cannot find, or it might be on their theme because it is a custom theme or maybe on the plugin.
