We keep FVM 2.8.9 since it allows us to exclude files from Google PSI

Hi Raul,

We use your plugin to speed up a lot of our clients websites.
However, we are still using the FVM version 2.8.9 since this is the last version that allows us to exclude scripts and css to Google PSI.

We couldn’t replicate this on the newer version of FVM. Or do we miss something?

We want to keep the plugin up to date and also deliver high Google PSI score.

How do we do this with the newest version of FVM.

Hi there,

We’ve been using FVM to get high score on Google PSI.
It has worked wonderfully.
We got a task to do the same on a new website which is installed on an apache server with php 8.x.x.

We couldn’t seem to activate the plugin.

Downgrading the php is currently not possible.

Bug in CSS processing: out of order

When i enable CSS processing, it breaks my layout. The only option that i’m using is to combine CSS files, which makes me think that maybe FVM is combining the CSS files out of order?

Hi,

I have “/wp-content/” and “/wp-includes/” on the Merge and Defer option but GTMetrix says to “eliminate render-blocking resources” and lists 21 files that should be deferred

Any idea how to fix this?

[FVM]FVM creating unused css and js files cache

FVM is creating unused cache files see this . I cleared those files from Cpanel and cleared server cache and local cache. but still, those files are getting created. how to removed them? and why they are being created in the first place?
