Currently it goes full width back image and full width content.
I need it to be full width back image and content in a 1200px area which is centred (like bottom image)
But I am struggling to get a true full width page, even on themes that say they do full width, there is still a sidebar lingering. And I also need the images to be links to external sites and not link to a larger version of the pic, as is the norm.
I am also struggling to get 4 images going across the whole page. I tried using columns, but could only get a max of 3. And in tables I could not add images in some themes. and could not add external links to the images in other themes.
Any suggestions please? Thank you
]]>Recently I have had to deactivate all plugins in order to troubleshoot an unrelated issue. On reactivating slowly, I now have an issue were the workaround above still works for captions, but now shunts a gallery off to the side, only taking up about a third of the page on the left-hand side of the screen. You can see an example of this here.
These galleries used to display full-width by default, now I can’t make them any wider than 500px. Does anyone know why this would be?
]]>I have an issue with using Spectra Container block and it’s full width is not really full. You can see the same cover block used below with Gutenberg and it’s really going 100% in width of the screen.
Can you please help, how to make container absolutely full width?
]]>My homepage images at the very beginning are not the full-width size, they are the same size as in the shop page with 4 columns and with spaces in left margin and right margin. They are consistency with the shop page. Don’t know why suddenly become full-width, and the image titles are also weird. How to make all the home page images with left and right margin spaces with the same consistency and how to make the product titles get to the centre of the title session? The following links are for reference.
]]>my site uses the Twenty Fourteen theme and the screen width is not 100% used.
The wordpress version is 6.6.2.
I use the Photo Wp Album Plus extension version: 8.8.07.004
Photos are small when viewed.

In short, I’m losing a lot of space on the right-hand side.
Thank you in advance for your help.

]]>Technically, this site is a blog —?some posts, a few static pages, integration with a CRM. No ecommerce or anything else. Naturally, I’d like it to be fast and responsive.
Is there a better way to build a full-width site? Should I use a different theme? Should I use a page builder plugin?
I’d very much appreciate the advice.
Thank you!

I’m using this code in my Additional CSS (from @calc20):
.wp-block-group.is-full-width, .wp-block-cover {
margin-left: 0 !important;
margin-right: 0 !important;
width: 100vw !important;
max-width: 100% !important;
}
/* center footer nav */
.footer-nav {
padding-left: -500 px
}
What am I missing? How do I set these elements to full width?
Thank you in advance for your help.
