Is that any way to use static front page and to see latest posts on it? I tried to make my posts sticky but nothing appear on my front page. I have Page named Home and it is static page. How to make my latest posts to appear on this page?

Once I have the wp maintenance mode plugin active I cannot edit any pages or posts from within the wordpress admin panel or if I want to view a page once edited it takes me straight to the front static wp maintenance mode activated page which means every time I want to edit my site I have to deactivate the plugin which defeats the point of having it in the first place.

please help?

Firstly thanks for a livesaving project, I literally don’t know what I’d do without Polylang, presently I’m running the latest polylang and wordpress along with the ward-pro theme:

If I visit my site https://jardinculturel.com/
It correctly displays my static front page

However if I go to the site https://jardinculturel.com/en/
It shows a bizarre hybrid of the posts page and a theme based posts image. Basically a hot mess, is there a way I can force /en/ to go to the correct front page? Or is there a setting I’ve messed up?

I’m trying to make a static front page with some of the posts i’ve made on the page, but how do I get them to the front page?

I’ve added a page “Home” and made it the static front page in the Readings menu. But how do I add the posts with the same layout as the content? It should look like when it’s default with many added posts except on this page only some of them.

Because as it is now the “Home” is just a page where I can write text or add images.
