I don’t write reviews often, but I feel compelled to brag up LoginPress and in particular one of their CSRs, Emma. I purchased LoginPress Pro years ago and it’s worked quietly behind the scenes without issues. Recently, I started experiencing a glut of spam user registrations.

Reaching out to the WPBrigade support team, I didn’t expect much–especially since it’s been years since I sent them my money. But to my surprise, Emma took my concerns seriously, got a dev on board to investigate, and recommended their hide-login plugin (which I already had access to but wasn’t using).

Wouldn’t you know, it worked! No more spam registrations.

To top it off, Emma checked in daily to see how things were going, and then after several days confirming no new spam registrations had occurred, she went ahead and deleted the spam accounts for me. It was a little thing, but reminded me of when a contractor takes the time to clean up before he leaves the build site; it shows an extra thoughtfulness uncommon in this busy world.

Thank you so dang much, WP Brigade and Emma in particular! You guys are fantastic.

It’s relatively easy to set up, but I had some issues with our version of WordPress and I contacted their support team, which is very friendly!

Overall, great plugin, will keep using!

Very good plugin for your website. I had a few questions, they got answered fast. Bought a extra price option, works fine. Only downside is that there are no customization options for the plugin/template.

Early this year, I decided to test several reputed WP management tools for managing a dozen WP websites. iControl WP was not my first choice: other services looked more attractive initially, or were praised in many reviews. But testing mainly three different tools side by side during two weeks, and moving domains from one to another, soon convinced my that iControl WP was actually the most convincing solution. It would not fail updating plugins, even paid ones, in contrast with some other tools. And if this happens by chance, the guys with iControl WP are willing to fix it in order to make it work.
Moreover, support is amazing: one has the feeling of interacting with support on a very personal basis, and no question is left unanswered. Really, they are caring for their customers.
Finally, one’s plan can be quite well customized according to one’s needs. I have now been a customer for three months, and I have no complaint: I intend to continue with iControl WP. I feel that I can trust them.
