I was wondering how this feature works.

Does it creates a coupon so the price of the product is “0” ?

Hi,

I have activated that customers receive a free product when they do purchase above a certain amount. When they reached that level they do receive the free products. In the cart, the customer cnan change the number of free products to 100 if they want. Since it a a give away, free products if the customer buy above the set level. How can I make sure the customer cant add extra products?

I do want that the customer receive the same free gift even next time if they purchase above that amount, but they should not be able to add extra free gifts on the same order.

Review for Discount – Single order or Across Multiple?

If we use the Review for Discount feature, and choose 3 or more for the free gift, does the reviewer have to review 3 products in a single review invitation, or if they order, let’s say 3 times over 3 months and get 3 separate review invitations, will they still get the free gift coupon?

can you please give me a basic guide on which options to choose that would best suit my needs as follows: i have successfully set up a group of products in a group called “promo” in which the customer can choose only 1 and receive it as a free gift with free shipping. so firstly, how can i limit only 1 item in total to be added to the cart. secondly, considering that i do not require any payment information, does this plugin offer an option to manipulate the checkout process for eliminating any billing information but indeed requiring the collection of email address as this is the sole purpose of this promotion?

Is there a plugin for a free gift with purchase pop up choice?

I offer a free specific gift currently which I can add to cart with a bit of PHP.

What I want to do is when they add to cart, have a pop up where it show them a a choice of 3 gifts that they can select to add to their cart.

Is this possible?

Pricing Rules- free product does not show

Hi guys,

We have tried adding a free gift rule via WooCommerce Pricing Rules. Unfortunately, the free product feature is not visible in cart/ checkout.

Free gift not removed from cart when rule no longer applies

Hi!

I’m having trouble with BOGO discount rules. I have set rules “Buy for 100 – 174.99 EUR and get product X for free, buy for 175 – 249.99 EUR and get product Y for free, and so on. The rules are set only to work when both “subtotal greater than” and “subtotal less than” rules apply. The problem is, that once the gift product is added in the cart, it won’t be automatically deleted when the rule doesn’t apply anymore and another rule applies and another free gift item is added to the cart! As a result the customer gets multiple free gifts instead of just one or the free items turn into full price items and stay in cart, depending on the rule. How can I fix this?

I bought your pro plugin on wooextend.com and I have a problem on the checkbox on the cart page.

I can’t select the free gift, the popup is working but when I click on the item nothing is happening.
