I think the only thing still functioning with this organization is their ability to take your money. While the plugin works fairly well if you don’t want to accept payments on its own, its paid Authorize.net plugin is broken, as is its included PayPal functionality. The changelog for the plugin was last updated in 2018 and it relies on an obsolete version of omnipay.

Multiple support requests to try to get it working went unanswered.

Plugins die, I get that, but if the thing doesn’t work, don’t accept money for it. That’s why I consider Pinpoint, “The #1 WordPress Booking Plugin,” fradulent. If you find yourself in our position its worth it to call your bank and try to claw your money back.

It’s a shame too, because there’s a lot to be said for the UX of this plugin. The UI is out-dated and not super accessible, but you can tell that at some point a talented team cared about this plugin.

One of the worst payment methods: the platform deducts a percentage without safeguarding the seller’s(store) funds, leaving customers with fraudulent claims in every dispute, and on top of that customer is keeping the product.

After getting the licence for the theme, the author keeps making fraudulent charges on your card, even after unsubscribing from any renewals. Scam.

Have asked for a refund. No reply. In pursuit of refund, and need to contact Swedish authorities.
Plugin says integration with mailpoet is a part of pro plugin. But its not. You have to buy additional plugin for mailpoet, to get triggers for mailpoet.

There are other plugins that has better functionality and less false information.

This is infuriating. When a price is displayed without any indication that it is a subscription and right after purchasing I’m notified by Paypal that I’ve just signed up for a yearly subscription, I immediately cancel, because that’s shady and deceptive.

I don’t care if your product is worth it. If you advertise a price for a license, without adding the “per year” to the price, you’re ripping people off.

Fix it.

We have received multiple fraudulent purchases using Stripe and our business has been the one to find the fraud charges and reported them to Stripe. STRIPE WILL NOT REFUND ANY PROCESSING FEES FOR THE FRAUDULENT CHARGES AND CHARGED US AN ADDITIONAL $75.00!

This is BAD BUSINESS!

We received an email back from an investigation stating that fraudulent charges are an expense of doing business. I agree 100% and would be happy to except this if my business was process credit cards. I am a retailer and count on my processor to have my back. Not charge me for it’s mistakes.

I will be moving to a new processor for my online purchases.

In short: I must say stay away from this plugin. i receive $1000 worth bitcoin using this plugin but all time this scammer hold bitcoin payment until your amount reaches 0.01 BTC. you know BTC price always change and up to down. if you received $1 by this plugin and hold for 3 days then you will see BTC price down and it worth $0.08.

When you receive bit it will not go directly to your wallet but it will go this scammer wallet and forward you only when your total balance 0.01 BTC. its for all time.

Does it make sense?
I leave this plugin for such a problem. beside plugin owner making money by holding your BTC in his wallet.

This is a big scam.

I downloaded your app and paid for premium service on 12/21/17. The plugin did not work and I contacted your support team on 12/22, 12/26 (twice), 12/28 (twice), 12/30, 12/31, and finally on 1/3/18 requesting that my paid membership is cancelled because I have not received any responses from your support team other than the automate response that my ticket has been logged. Then on 1/22 I was charged again for your service, in spite of sending your company MULYIPLE messages to cancel it. I have contact my credit card company to dispute the charges and record this company as fraudulent. Please refund my money immediately, otherwise I will continue pressing this claim. This plugin does not work, is not supported, and exists solely to steal money from people who are trusting you to furnish what you are selling
