Line 5275 has to do with a buffer as well.
The SAME user, if they switch their language to English (US English in this case) can see the order just fine. Administrators, regardless of the language, can see the orders just fine. It’s just Shop Managers in French (have not tried any other languages).
The only thing in the php error log is a zillion lines of:

I am very interested in your plugin. The pro version, is there a multisite license? I mean for use on an unlimited number of sites. I have several websites under my responsibility. We already use two different SEO plugins but we would like to switch to one plugin, which would be easy to use for us and our clients.
Also, does the plugin recognize the French language well? I mean the recognition of synonyms, for long tails for example. Some very popular SEO plugins have great difficulty with this, without naming them.
