I feel this is the best forms plugin in the market. I made contact form with this plugin for my company website. It looks like our website is in the future. The animation is great and i hope they add more animations in the future. I love this form plugin. Recommended to all who want to add forms in their websites. The support is great too as they helped me with setup. Need a better documentation. But it’s easy to use. Thank you to the author for providing such a best form plugin.

This plugin is great if you need just a basic forms plugin, but that’s not where the real power lies, the guys at NinjaForms know this which is why there’s a “Dev Mode” that can be turned on to lets developers take forms to a whole other level.

Thanks to the great hooks and filters provided in the plugin as well as the ability to create custom ones; I have used it to build robust custom integrations that do things like creating PDF shipping labels after form submission and sending Push Notifications to mobile apps after form submission. The possibilities are endless.

Things I don’t like in the name of Open-source:

– The plugin isn’t available on Github for contributing to, I couldn’t find a public version of it, so it seems to be in a private git repository
– Good documentation but some docs are lacking, if the docs site was on GitHub I’d also be able to contribute some docs and make changes to others
– There’s an official NinjaForms Slack channel where fellow devs help others, but there doesn’t seem to be any NinjaForms team member in there, or at least any interacting with us…it’s just us providing snippets and helping other devs where we can

Fluent Forms is my top choice! I’ve been using the Pro version of this plugin for over a year now, both on my own and on client websites. I can say with great confidence, that when it comes to WordPress forms, investing in Fluent Forms Pro was one of my best decisions. If you’re not convinced by their ever-growing list of features, native integrations and customization capabilities, you should most definitely consider their very responsive and helpful support. When combined with FluentCRM (made by WP Manage Ninja as well), it’s a powerful asset for any business website.

I have long searched for a forms plugin to be able to create a booking form for my business. With some datepicker calendar features like disabling date ranges and sundays, and calculated fields. I tried a lot of forms plugins. I purchased some to test out advanced “pro” features. They all failed to accomplish what I wanted. Even the big names were inadequate and support was lacking or very slow. It kills you when you pay money for a plugin only to find out there is no support. How can you write a plugin and than offer no support? Crazy.
Not so with Kali Forms. Support replied very fast and knowledgeable! When I expressed my wishes, Kali Forms added the features I required in a matter of days! What an absolute marvel of support!
Now I can pick a date in my first datepicker, disable past dates, let my second datepicker start after the first datepickers date, calculate the number of days between dates and calculate the amounts due for different departments of our lodging facilities. And more… I can disable date ranges or seperate days when our hotel is closed. And I can accomplish all of these advanced features without any code! Just by choosing the right options in the field settings.
I am thrilled and fully endorse and recommend Kali Forms over any, much more expensive, forms plugins for WordPress.
In my true experience, Kali Forms beats them all on features and support!
