Form showing up in footer instead of after post

Hi,

I have a default form set for posts. It used to show up directly at the end of each post’s content. Now, it shows up way down in the footer where no one will see it!

I was messing around with ads at one point and had inserted some ad code to the end of posts via a different plugin (which I have since removed and deleted the plugin entirely). I’m sure something I did in that process to mess up the placement, but I don’t know what or how to fix it.

How do I get this form to show up back at the bottom of each post? TYIA!

Missing features : Form Placement option and Shortcode

I just installed created a new form.

At the Behavior step, there is no Form Placement option.
At the Publish step, there is no shortcode displayed.

Are these features only available in upgraded version or is there some other cause of the problem?

I’ve inserted the shortcode for the registration page at the bottom of a page (below content) but it forces itself to the top of the page on the front end. There is no reason why this should be the default layout.

Form placement – eliminate for redirect page

Is there a way to eliminate the form placement from the redirect page? It seems a little disorienting to display a blank subscription (optin) form right after they have already clicked on submit.

How about adding the parts (in parentheses) below:

FORM PLACEMENT
After the first paragraph (except for redirect page)
After the second paragraph (except for redirect page)
After the page (except for redirect page)
Don’t display on pages

Need to add a static form to a theme

I am working on building a new version of my static site in wordpress to help with content management. I have yet to decide on a theme, here is my hangup:

We use the site to generate leads, so I want to have a contact form near the top-right of every page. See the current site for reference.

One of my competitors has managed to place a form over the slider on their theme, the site is here. Not sure if this is wordpress or not but this is what I need as well.

This is obviously done with code, which I am not an expert at, if it can be done by relocating a widget with a form, that would be awesome.

If anybody knows of a theme that has this type of layout that would be great too. It’s mainly the home page where I want this form in this location, for the remaining pages I can always use a form in the sidebar widget.

Sorry if this is a confusing set of questions, I’m a total noob.

I installed the plugin and it worked just fine. One problem though; I want the form to be IN the page. I want to be able to place the form and possibly style it. Maybe you could give the objects som classes for CSS-ninjas to work with.
