I have tried to input the shortcode from my Forminator form into the Code module on my WordPress site using Divi builder, and also separately into a text module on my webpage, but it won’t load.
Help please?

Plugin frontend on page only works right after clearing caches

I’ve finished making a form and have added the shortcode to a page on my website. However, it only seems to work when I have just cleared the caches. After form is submitted, or on page refresh, only the security code part of the form appears. I’m using W3 Total Cache, and I’ve excluded the page from caching, but it’s still a problem. If it helps, after caching, the errors in the console say “jQuery is not defined” multiple times, but not after clearing caching.

I keep getting a “please wait while page is loading” error message after trying to edit a field in the backend of my form. I have been looking everywhere on how to fix this. I have the most recent version of the plugin, WordPress and the theme updated.

I’ve recently updated to the most recent WordPress and updated all my plugins. I’m currently using Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms v 2.0.2.

When I turn off the Contact Form 7 Phone Module, everything seems to work correctly.

Give Form Not Visible

Hi,
After installing the Give plugin and designing a form I’m having problems getting the form to show in preview mode.
I just get a blank page.
I’m using Headway theme 3.5.11 and the Give plugin is 1.3.4
I tried refreshing permalinks and that didn’t work.
I’m a bit nervous disabling plugins etc in case I lose settings as I’m quite new to WordPress – so can I find out that the plugin is compatible with Headway before I try anything further?
