Here’s what I’ve done so far to troubleshoot:
Also, even from mobile or other devices it does not show up if I am not logged i WordPress, so the problem is not due to this computer.
When I’m logged into WordPress: https://ibb.co/BLHBhX4
When I’m not logged in WordPress: https://ibb.co/4jdTzz0
Despite these actions, the issue persists. Could you please help me understand what I need to do to ensure the form displays correctly for all users?
Thank you in advance for your support!
I had this plugin running on our staging server, and it seemed to be working fine.
However when I was working on the site today I noticed that the form was no longer showing for products which have a product type of Simple Subscription.
Works fine with all other product types. Anyone else had this issue?
Thanks in advance

Can you help?
Thanks

I recently updated the FormMaker and WordPress to the latest version. I checked my page before the updates and the form was displaying fine. After the updates the form is not displaying. I deactivated all of the plug-ins and the form still didn’t display. I also saw a link to video on another question that had the user add the form to the page using the new Content Blocks in WordPress and it still didn’t show up. The form is published. When I look at the code for the form it is returning:
<div style=”display:none” class=”fm-form-container fm-theme1″><div id=”fm-pages6″ class=”fm-pages wdform_page_navigation ” show_title=”” show_numbers=”1″ type=”none”>
<form name=”form6″ action=”/free-resource-guide” method=”post” id=”form6″ class=”fm-form form6 ” enctype=”multipart/form-data”>…….
You’ll notice that the first div has a style=”display:none”. When I set that display to block in the code inspector, the form shows up fine. But I can’t figure out why the form has display:none and how to override it. Please help me out on this.
Thank you!

Migrated from a staging site where the forms did work. Migrated to a sub-folder of a domain to give WordPress it’s own directory.
Shouldn’t be a conflict as forms displayed in staging site.
Forms aren’t seen in backend either, so it’s really strange that the forms didn’t migrate. Just in case… even tried importing

I then went to the plugin page and found this…
Note: Version 6.0 breaks backwards compatibility. You will need to perform a database update after upgrading from anything pre 6.0. You may also need to reconfigure some of your forms.
We are running version 6.8 of the plugin.
I don’t know how to perform the database update.
Can anyone please direct me to some instructions?
