When logged into an account, users can access their profile page through Ultimate Member. This page allows them to update their details, such as their name, password, privacy settings, etc. There are four menu options on the left-hand side for navigation.
However, we’ve noticed an issue: when navigating away from the main “Account” tab to another section, like “Change Password,” the page loads, but the form field titles are missing. For example, there are three text boxes visible, but their labels do not appear. Interestingly, if you refresh the page, the field titles show up. However, as soon as you navigate to another section, the titles disappear again.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a known solution?
Thank you for your wonderful plugin!
I can see it allows one to configure it to work on particular post-type attached images (when uploading the image to a certain blog post category, for example).
Is it possible to configure it to work based on a particular page, or form/form field where the image is uploaded?
As I have a website where users will be uploading images via a specific page (or form/form field), which I want to be compressed and resized to a specific dimension (in this case, an A4 poster aspect ratio).
I look forward to your reply and confirmation.
Thank you,
Luke
PS. I imagine this could be done with custom script, is that right? Please let me know and I can get my developer to take a look at this. Thank you
PPS. It would be ideal if it could be done based on form field, actually, as I may allow uploading of other images on the same form/page, which would not require this aspect ratio, and would require there own unique aspect ratio.
]]>I wanted to see if there’s a way to exclude form fields from indexing and/or from being used in the search result excerpts. If you use the link I gave you’ll see that a search for ‘western’ returns a page for the sole reason that it has a form with a country select list and one of the options is ‘Western Sahara’. Worse, it returns the unformatted country list as the excerpt. Is there a way to prevent this?
Thanks for your time!
]]>Is there a way to check which plugin a custom form field is coming from that is displayed in the WordPress Dashboard?
We have a field named ‘wc_hire_date’ that lists the users hire date, however, when we try to enter a date string it always says ‘Enter a numeric value’…

Thank you!
]]>I’m currently using elementor pro to create the form and i’m just looking for a way to restrict the amount of characters in the “number” field. It allows you to restrict the min/max value but not the amount of characters themselves. I know the field is unable to verify if that license number is actually theirs but as long as they can only type 15 characters in that field, we should be fine.
For example, a correct response to that form should be “123456789012345”
