We currently cannot submit either of our mailchimp forms added using this plugin. I’ve been following the troubleshooting suggestions at https://www.mc4wp.com/kb/fix-the-oops-something-went-wrong-error/, but we’re still experiencing problems.
The forms successfully subscribed someone earlier today, at around 2024-10-02Z01:00. It has not been successful since.
The errors we’re seeing are thus:

Despite having the required EMAIL
field, the email value does not seem to be getting passed to the form submission for some reason.

I have checked multiple times to ensure that all fields have been correctly filled without any additional spaces before or after the entries. I also attempted to deactivate other plugins, specifically another Shopify integration plugin (ShopWP), to prevent potential conflicts, but the issue remains.
I’m seeking assistance to resolve this issue, as it hinders the full functionality of the plugin and integration with my Shopify store. Any guidance on how to troubleshoot this error would be greatly appreciated.

]]>I've installed Constant Contact form plugin to wordpress today, and I am getting this error when trying to test my email collection form. "Please select at least one list to subscribe to." I have a list selected in the settings of the plugin, I've tried all the things other support forums have suggested including: Disconnecting the plugin, Deactivating and Reactivating and reconnecting the plugin, changing the subscriber list to none, all, just one, going to lists and syncing lists with constant contact, and deleting form and creating a new form. None of these things have worked. Now I don't know how to get this form to work. Please advise. Debugging log says:

]]>There has been no change to the form but it has recently just stopped sending, but as a user, the form can still be filled out correctly and the confirmation message of success is still seen.
I have tried to duplicate the form to a new one and change that, but still doesnt work.
Strangely enough the contact form on the website’s contact page is also built using this plugin and is still working normally.

]]>In the “Edit form” section there is an option “Action after submit” I added collect submission, Email, Redirect, and Mailerlite. Now when I checked into the incognito tab the form is not working properly, but I got subscriber details in the WordPress Elementor submission tab, Also I have got email about the subscriber details,
Now the problem…
1. Mailerlite is not working maybe there is a problem with the “API Key”
My first question, Is this necessary to add a separate API key for every FORM or I can use one API key for every FORM?
2. The redirect URL is not working ?
Second question, I have used the Google Docs URL it’s not working. Next, I uploaded the PDF file in the WordPress “ADD Media” option, after that, I copy & paste the URL in the “Redirect” tab but still it’s not working.
So, can anyone solve the problem?

]]>We have customers reporting that after they click send, nothing happens, no mail or anything. Email settings in DNS are already setup. We don’t know how many customers this involve since it won’t be everyone telling us.
Personally it works 4 out of 5 times when testing, no error code shows ups, it just doesn’t pass on the information. Tried clearing cookies and using incognito.
If you want to check the formula it can be done in the top right corner “F? Et Tilbud”.
We have recaptcha v3 and also updated to the latest verison of CF7.
Is there something I can do to make the formula work 100% of the time? Has anyone experienced this?
