For our contact forms we are also using “Contact Form 7” and “Ultimate Addons for Contact Form 7”.
We are using all updated versions of WordPress and Plugins. I have systematically deactivated and reactivated plugins one at a time to test for conflicts, however there are none.

We’re having issues getting the referring url into the email that gets sent to us after the form is filled out. The idea is that we want to know what page users were on immediately before they came to the “contact us” page. How do I go about doing this? Is this something available in the paid version (is there a paid version)? Please advise.

Good afternoon. I have introduced three simple contact forms on my page. I have put my email but I do not receive any email. What I can do? THANKS
]]>If Google will stop making small changes, this plugin will continue to work flawlessly. The biggest hassle is Google’s “insecure app” restrictions which includes any stand alone email client or web app that saves passwords.
There is a small bit of misinformation on the post-smtp page. If you are using Google Apps/G Suite, you CAN enable the “less secure apps” function. You have to enable it in the Apps Admin dashboard before it will appear in the Google user account.
The second hurdle came from one of the last Gmail API updates. Google disables the saved Oauth API project if the Google account password is changed. The entire point of using API was to avoid issues with passwords.
After a couple adjustments in the Google account, this plugin starts working perfectly again.
]]>I’ve been chasing this problem for sometime. I create a form and add field for Phone, “text’ is selected as the field type. As long as I am logged into the site and testing the phone numbers are emailed, but when I log-out and test the phone field is blank in the email.
I am experiencing this problem on two websites.

]]>I’m building a weight loss program and I’m really interested in creating a form for users to submit their weekly measurements for 9 weeks so that the data is displayed in a table for them with a total at the bottom for each week. And I would also liked the table to be emailed to me each time they add a weeks measurement in.
I would like it to look something like this:

If anyone knows of a plugin that could be used to create this or if you know how to write this kind of a plugin it would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Ajay
