I seem to have forgotten my username and password for my WordPress site, and I’m not sure what to do. Can you help me with the steps to reset my password and recover my username? I’m not very familiar with WordPress, and I’m not sure if I need to contact my website administrator or if I can do it on my own. Error in forget password captcha

I already tried to install the plugin and it worked normally on the login page. But there are problem when i tried to forget password with captcha. When i clicked the reset password button, it threw me to a blank page. I tried to look at the error log, there is an error like this “PHP Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function get_user_by()”. Can you help me? Thanks

I using :
– Wp : 5.7.6
– php : 7.4

i just enabled forget password in the login form but when clicked on the forget password link it does nothing..

hello everyone!

I am trying to create an account at www.www.remarpro.com but getting the below issues:

01. when I am trying to create a new one with my email id, it says the account already exists and resends the confirmation link. When clicking on the link to resend the confirmation link, the link never came to my email id.

02. When trying to do forget the password with the same email id, it says the email id does not exist or no account associated with this email id.

So, what is going on? how to create or recover my id with my email id?

Hi there,
My WordPress version: 5.6.1
Ultimate Member Version: 2.1.15
using EasyWP to hosting my wordpress.

I have add define(‘WP_CACHE’, false); in my wp-config.php.
After I click the forgot password, I did receive the email.
But the page after redirected shows “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”
I saw some fixed solution which is add “wp-resetpass-*” in somewhere but I don’t know where is the somewhere in EasyWP.

Hope someone can help me. I will very appreciate on it. Thank you.

Unable to access WordPress Dashboard

Hello there,
Long story short, my website causing some errors, so I deactivate all the plugins from the WordPress dashboard. After an hour later when I try to log in. I am unable to do it. It shows an Error.

Due to some reason, I am unable to use “Forget Password link”. So, I made another admin log in credential via “phpmyadmin”.

Hi i want to ask you about how to close my wordpress blog.
I forgot the password and the email that i use for the blog.
I want to close the blog because that blog contains some of private information like email and phone number.
I made that blog with my friends because its a task from our teacher, so we add our information.
But now, after more than 3 years, we just realize that none of us still remember the email and password.

When clients put something in the chart on my website, they have to log in.
I have a few questions about this.
1) When you click on ”forgot password” and you enter your email you don’t receive instructions to reset your password.

2) When people order they have to fill in their address details. I want them to fill also other details like their sizes (waste, taille etc). Where can I change the register form?

Hi,

I really need a fast fix for this.
When a user fill out “password forget”-form, he will get an email with a link to reset it. That is working.
But after he changed/reset his password, no email is sent.

What can I do to force the email “changed password”?
