https://prnt.sc/s5wjtm
Could you please help me, I have I asked the plugin support, their reply was
The issue doesn’t have any relation to wpForo. It comes either from one of the active plugins, or wordpress.com, where your website is located. Please follow the steps below to get it resolved:
1. At first, deactivate the Jetpack plugin, delete all caches, and check again. We think this may be a Jetpack plugin conflict.
2. If the issue doesn’t come from Jetpack plugin deactivate other plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker.
Please don’t forget to press Ctrl+F5 on the frontend each time before checking to reload updated JS/CSS files.
3. If none of the plugins caused the issue you should contact wordpress.com support and let them know about the issue.
I did all these steps but still not fixed.
Could you please help me
]]>First i thought post.php did not have the right permissions assigned to access it, then after having a look at the permissions they turned out to be just fine.
After a lot of digging, headache and frustration i finally found that your plugin was causing the problem. Digging further into your plugin’s code the core of problem was in file: class-webdados-fb-open-graph-admin -line 30.
The line was returning the error due to unavailability of APP ID and App secret for clear caching option. Your plugin, instead of showing me some sort of warning, it was breaking my site.
I would really appreciate if you kindly sort this problem for the users how have knowing or mistakenly selected Clear Caching option but did not provided any App ID for it.
]]>I have problem with accessing my website, it comes with this error
Forbidden 403
You don’t have permission to access /index.php on this server.
I have checked the index.php permission in cpanel and the permission is 644.
How do I fix this?
Thank you.

I don’t know what happened, I didn’t change or update anything lately. Please help. Thank you.

I read a related ticket also called “Forbidden 403” but we couldn’t find a solution in it. I run the curl command and we get a HTTP/1.1 200 OK response:

We also contacted Mailchimp’s support and they said:
“When the cURL command was run, we were seeing a response of 200 OK, which shows that our system is able to give a positive response when connecting to that IP address.
With that said, we definitely want to investigate why the 403 error is appearing. In order to do so, we’re going to need the reference number associated with the 403 forbidden error. In order to get this reference number, you might want to reach out to the developer of the plugin to see if they can provide that information.”
Could you provide us the “reference number”? Any idea of what the problem could be? Our host is MediaTemple.
Many thanks for your help.
Kind regards,
Gustavo
