how to change the default home page title

Hello

I am using the frozen lotus template in my wordpress.

There is a page called home. (It seems to be the default.) On the page it says hello world (at least I can change that). I don’t the page called home, but I can’t figure out how to change it. Anyone that looks at the front page sees this “home”

How can I change it to something better?

A few months/years ago I saw a beautiful theme. It was grey/back with a flower motif at the top, and the colors where there were colors (links, etc) were in the green/yellow family. I could have sworn it was called Green Yellow Flowers, but I’m wrong and I really want to find it so I can use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated — thanks!

Neat theme – those little flowers

Im very new to wordpress and have 2 blogs, one of which i have upgraded to be able to use the custom css. Im trying to get rid of those little flowers on the sidebar of the ‘Neat’ theme, but i dont know how. can anyone help?
nb. im editing wordpress online not serverside and i use dreamweaver to edit the css in. Ive managed to do basic things like bg colour changes etc but i cant find those flowers!!

Hi,

How can I add a title for the homepage?
I am using the “tropical flowers” theme at latinophile.com
I had to remove the text title in users – weblog title to add my own banner but now I have no title tags.

I tried editing <?php bloginfo(‘name’); ?> <?php if ( is_single() ) { ?> » Blog Archive <?php } ?> <?php wp_title(); ?> but it had no affect.

Please advise what to do.
