The widgets all display on the correct pages as setup by dynamic widgets. I am pretty certain I have set up the filters correctly.
The widget area in the “footer feature” area seems to have reverted to 8 widget areas. On the landing page all the buttons are right aligned, but with room for 4 more. Similarly on the other pages with the other widget set.
This may be an issue of the theme and dynamic widgets to co-existing but would like to keep dynamic widgets if possible.

Basically the font is bigger and it’s Arial. Before it was tiny.
So when I save changes and use W3TC – those changes aren’t apparent. They don’t get applied at all. I’ve contacted the theme developer and he said:
It really sounds on the menu thing like the current stylesheet isn’t being loaded that would include your latest changes, or there is something wrong with the code after W3 minifies the file. Make sure you’re not minifying anything with W3.
So I took his advice and deselected “minify” – even though my CDN (MaxCDN) says to use minification for optimal performance. But that dind’t work, either. I don’t know how to get W3TC to pull my CSS files so I can make these style changes, AND use my CDN.
Currently I’m not using either, and my load time has suffered for it.
Any help would be great.

]]>I want to add a feature area (100% width) across the top (under navigation) (with an email signup – I have the code to paste done), currently using Studiopress Genesis Theme with Fairway Child theme. I know Thesis Theme, Flexsqueeze Theme and other Studiopress Genesis themes like Generate child theme has this capability but I want to keep my current look.
Do any of the sidebar/widget plugins handle this and what needs to be done given we are working with child themes so things don’t get overridden?
Also how do I set this to appear only on selected pages like the index page?
And how do I customize what appears on the index page?
]]>By default with Flexsqueeze, this navigation shows up in a strip between the header and main body of the blog.
She has asked me to help because no matter how she tweaks the Flexsqueeze settings, the site border breaks on either side of the Breadcrumb navigation strip.
I’ve spent hours today tweaking all the margin settings/combinations/options in her Flexsqueeze setup, but nothing works.

]]>I am using the FlexSqueeze theme, and am attempting to apply a custom uploaded image to my header area. I have followed the instructions in the theme itself, made the image the correct size, and the image is not appearing in the header area when attempting to apply it.
Something is happening when I try to apply the image, though, as the header area changes to a brighter blue when I do have what I need to apply this image in that section of the theme settings rather than just the default selection choices when that custom area is blank; but that area where I need to apply the custom image in the theme settings is, in theory, supposed to over-ride those other default selections. I also do not see a way to turn “off” those other default selections either. Anyone know why the custom image seems to be being “blocked” by something?
What information would be needed to help diagnose the cause of this so I can apply a custom image there? Or, what things do you recommend I try? Apologies if this was a bit confusing, and I’ll be happy to attempt clarifying this as it’s difficult to describe without you seeing these settings directly.
I really don’t know code and am new to this so any and all help is much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I’m using flexsqueeze theme 1.4
Thanks for you help
]]>I have a version of Flexsqueeze and for some reason the font style throughout my blog (blog posts and title posts) has changed to to the same style. I have changed the settings on the flexsqueeze theme options to a different font and size but it doesn’t change it. If I change the post title size in my actual posts to a heading font – they appear smaller than the normal font when I view my blog. I have even tried to put the html code into my blog post but it just seems to ignore anything I put.
I changed the theme of my blog – delected the flexsqueeze theme and reinstalled it – but when I went back to that theme it just put everything back as it was.

Any suggestions please?
Thanks
