Found Spacious after much searching for a clean, straightforward but flexible theme. After trying the Free version for a period, seeking support from THEMEGRILL I discovered Spacious could be used for more than Small Business and online stores and would suit my requirements.
I’m more than happy with the fast, efficient and accurate support given and look forward to using the Pro version. If you have a unique requirement give Spacious and THEMEGRILL a try.

I build websites all the time and this is by far one of my top favourite themes to use. It’s flexible, making it easy to customise and make each clients’ site look totally different, and being able to maintain their branding each time. The support team is also phenomenal, happy to help when needed and available whenever needed. Absolutely worth paying for the pro theme, it’s worth every penny.

I have tested many themes. This theme is flexible in that I can use blocks from Getwid, or any other block plugin and this theme works smoothly. I try to stay with Getwid plugins as much as possible, but I do use other plugins with no issue.

Since it is all WordPress and Gutenberg, most issues I have, because of my inexperience, are solved by a web search. It makes it much easier to work with theme.

I’m using in combination with Thrive Architect and get great functionality with the combination and features from both. I like the flexibility I get with the Astra theme over some of the Thrive built in themes, Thanks guys!

I’m very please with Astra because it is a flexible theme which loads fast. I especially like the Pro version where I have more control over typography

I contacted the developer a few times with questions. In all cases I got a quick and useful response or solution. Great!

Added info: again super quick support.

Theme itself is very fast loading.
Suitable for people who want to make a very good looking website.

Difficulty adjusting header image to be flexible, width and height

I have been able to adjust the header image to being flexible on the width, but getting the height to correlate is an issue; I am sorely out of practice with adjusting these theme elements, and a second set of eyes would be greatly appreciated.
