It’s annoying to manually click the design icon on the right to see the text controls again. Is this intentional by the plugin dev, or is this a bug?

If a client clicks the update button, my entire theme gets replaced with a www.remarpro.com theme named “Chameleon”. What the hell?
This seems like a massive security flaw that my theme can get highjacked by another theme because it shares the same name?!!?
I do not understand how this has only happened in the last day or so. And I do not understand why WordPress would allow this to happen. Surely there is a way to identify the difference between my theme and a www.remarpro.com theme other than the folder name.
Is there a function I can that stops WordPress from trying to replace my theme with one in its repository?
I do not think me changing my folder name to something more unique is a good enough fix. What is stopping someone from finding the wp-content/themes/foldername/ of any WordPress website and highjacking it by using the same foldername in a www.remarpro.com theme?
Seems crazy.
When I raised this issue, the response was:
“We were not the only plugin which was the target of these attacks of late, and many websites across the web have been negatively impacted.”
So not only does the plugin get hacked, but the plugin forces my adwords account to be banned with absolutely no support through the ticketing system at all.
Never ever will I use this plugin again. The risk is simply too great.

Works better, with the out of the box code my text was cut off.
But that is not the main reason why I write this feedback.
Slimstat generates a URL when opting-in. It is https://yourwebz.com/?slimstat-opt-out=false if chosen so. So if a user now shares this URL via shariff wrapper social sharing icons/buttons and the other user opens that link the other guy opted-in wihtout maybe even knowing that he/she opted-in being maybe noobish. That is not good imo and maybe would offense against law unintentional by leading the other user into an unwilling opt-in. This may sound crazy, but think about it.
I am no privacy law expert or lawyer… the scenario is unclear to me regarding the new laws.
hope someone will help.
I see a flaw in the NIKKON theme which I can’t seem te resolve.
I did a SEO check on the website and it shows up that there aren’t any
tags. I went for a search and indeed there aren’t any (if not manually inserted in the page) because of hierargie reasons it’s important to let it come up in the top of the page.
The entry-title would be the best for it. When I look in the page source it has a
tag! (In my case:
Miniatuur schilderijen
)
I searched all files in Nikkon to try change this. What I found (content-search.php and content.php)I made the changes to the
tag on the entry-title and made changes to it in the child theme.
Only other file I found it was content-single.php where the tag was okay.
After making these small changes nothing happened! I keep getting a >h3> tag where I want the
tag.
I really need to change this because if this can’t be done in the php I have to change all my pages, and that is a lot of work instead of changing a single line of code….
I have a problem with your theme that requires Panoramic to update.
Line 148 in the functions.php file which calls “panoramic-style”….
I had to delete this line to get my child-style to stop double loading. But this is not sustainable.
Please update the Panoramic theme so that it DOES NOT call the child-style.css by default.
Thank-you.
