Each product is sold in 100g packets.
There are just 2 shipping Flat Rates for our shipping Zone: $12 for 1-4 packets (400g) OR $25 for 5-10 packets (1kg).
How can I set this up?
Thank you for your help!
]]>So I checked the shipping and had indeed the correct things entered, but somehow they don’t show up when I want to send it to Belgium for example, but it just takes Other which is really expensive in comparison.
]]>The problem is that the Printful integration is only charging the customer the ex-VAT price. This wouldn’t be a problem if I was charging VAT since Woo would automatically add the VAT to the total. However, when the order goes to Printful, of course they have to add their VAT, so that means my customer is being under-charged for the cost of the shipping (or, out the other way, that I am having to pay for the shipping VAT without being able to charge it back to the customer).
A chat with Printful’s help desk was, as usual, less than helpful. Their only offering was (I paraphrase) “your tax is not our problem – charge more for your products”!!!
What I would like to suggest is that the plugin gives us an option to mark up the shipping costs (eg, in the UK I would be able to add 20%). I would suggest that it would be easy for the code to check whether Woo’s tax system is turned off, and offer this option. Or, you could offer the option anyway to allow us to mark up the delivery charge.
]]>I’m getting HAMMERED on shipping costs and it’s eating away at my profits when I sell things in my online store. For example, someone bought one of my heavyweight hoodies, size Large, shipped to Los Angeles, CA. My website only charged them $2.92 dollars for shipping but once I got to the post office, it actually ran me $13!
I’ve watched various YouTube videos and tutorials but I just can’t seem to catch up when it comes to properly applying shipping costs to my products.
How do I set shipping costs so they apply to distance?
I hope I clearly explained this crucial dilemma of mine!
Thank you!
]]>Is there some way we can get the Flat rate shipping to apply to the whole order?
]]>4 mugs previously cost $8.00 to ship standard now it costs $18.99!!!
This is outrageous, and a total money grab decision by Printful, where’s the extra $11 going? Not to my store that’s for sure!
This is false advertising, live rates for standard shipping for WooCommerce users are clearly marketed on the Printful site.
“Here are Printful’s live rate shipping options:
Overnight (next day delivery in the US)
Express (1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally)
Standard (5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally)”

]]>I’m having trouble defining multiple rates for my products, according to their weights. I have two price tables according to weight, that will provide the rate, based on the client location. Ie: Portugal has a table for the mainland and another table for the islands. Both tables have multiple prices, depending on the range of weight.
I have defined two state groups, and two sets of shipping classes. However, i can only select one shipping class on the product.
Help?
Thank you!
