The file is edited in Garmin Basecamp. I can upload GPX files from other sources without problems, so the problem must be in the file syntax. But on https://tanndalen.betamed.se the file loads fine with 1.7.05 so something has changed with the update.

I built a website using the free version of a theme (Consultant from Flexithemes), and now I want to use the paid version I just bought. The free version has links in the footer to..questionable websites, so I want it gone. I received an email with instructions, to replace specific files. I tried Filezilla, but cannot connect to the host server (this is not necessarily the part I need to have solved). Another option would be to install the complete theme as a new one, but I’d rather not lose the edits I made to the theme.
I found the code editor in WP and tried replacing the code with the code in the files I was sent. However, it gives some errors that I don’t know how to fix. The errors refer to each other’s files, but WP won’t let me save them regardless so I’m stuck in a loop.
The final result of this mess is that my website is blocked and only displays “All the links in the footer should remain intact. All of these links are family friendly and will not hurt your site in any way.” I wouldn’t call links to websites promoting illegal substances family friendly.
The instructions:
Re-upload the following files from the unzipped links free version:
header.php (successful)
footer.php (successful)
functions.php (this one gives error)
lib/Themater.php (this one gives error)
lib/default-admin-options.php (if it exists in your theme)
Now, the links should be removed and you can completely customize your footer.

]]>I use the plugin for 3 years without any issue, but I suddenly have a strange behavior: I can no more create folders or files… When I try to upload a file, I got the following message (in French):
“Désolé mais xxxx.jpg n’a pas pu être uploadé.”
I didn’t change anything in the WP rights or plugin configuration before the problem occured.
I first thought it was due to disc quota full. But this is not the case (I can add files through FTP and have several GB remaining). Then, I thought it would be folder right issue on the server. To test, I created a folder with rights 777, but this didn’t change anything.
If I try to create a folder, there is no error message, but the folder is not created.
I updated the plugin and WordPress to the latest version, but this didn’t solve anything.
Does someone have an advice how I could debug that and try to understand where the issue is ? Many thanks for any suggestion….
Cheers.
]]>At work, I have no issues, and the people at go daddy had no issues, we can upload no problem.
I have seen a few threads about this issue, and the resolve is always a permissions change.
Has anyone had a problem, or know what it coudl possibly be? Is it my internet provider? Time Warner? I tried to upload from my iphone using 4G, and it gave me the same error.
Is my house haunted?
]]>I’m not really familiar with how this plugin works in terms of code, but when i conducted speed testing i noticed that a file was taking from 0.8 to 4.0 seconds to load… which is insane. Upon looking at the file I discovered that its origin is the Calculated Fields Plugin. Below is the necessary information. Can you please help me fix the issue?
file location: mysite.com/?cp_cff_resources=public&ver=4.2.2
Speed test results showing the resource with a 1,000ms+ loading time: https://www.webpagetest.org/result/150715_H9_GB8/1/details/
As this is a production website, I would appreciate a swift reply.
Thanks,
Isaac

]]>At first I thought it was an error with my server, then with my browser or computer, but I can definitely determine that it is my file. but what I have no idea is why that file and not countless others that are exactly like it.
I know this might not be a place to ask this.. but has anyone else had this issue? what did you do to resolve or work around it? I have to upload these files and WordPress is giving me the error.
Things I’ve tried:
Changing the file name
However if a file does not exist then the podcast module throws an error:
Warning: file_get_contents(zzz.mp3): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/zzzzzz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sermon-manager-for-wordpress/includes/podcast-functions.php on line 168
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/zzzzzzz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sermon-manager-for-wordpress/includes/podcast-functions.php:168) in /home/zzzzzzzz/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1196
Secondly, I would like to make it easier for users by having the complicated path to google drive as a shortcode or pre-populated.
Is there a way to do this?
(I tried a couple of text substitution plug-ins which almost worked apart from the above error).

Any ideas as to what I’m doing wrong?
Thanks!
