feed stuck 33% tried everything

Hi,
I have this issue with the feed stuck at 33%.
Checked with my hosting, wp-cron is enabled.
Tried to clear catch.
Deactivate and reactivate the plugin.
Tried to reduce number of feed product to create(20).
Memory raised to 512, delay time to 600.

I can see that the tmp.xml files are created, but that is it.

Hi, My feed is continuously frozen for the past 2 weeks. I have worked through the steps described in your post on frozen feeds but to no avail.
I have also taken the problem up with the hosting company who could not find any issues on their side.
They report:- My recommendation would be to try and contact the woo-product-feed-pro plugin’s support or development team for more thorough troubleshooting and details. And in case they do have any specific suggestions on any server changes that we may apply, do let us know what they are. We’d be happy to test them out.

Hi, I’ve read your tutorial , gone over the support threads and still haven’t found a solution to my problem.

My first feed is stuck at 33%
I’ve configured the feed as per tutorial.
My configuration is as follows:
– WordPress 5.5.1
– WooCommerce 4.6.1
– PHP 7.3.23
– WP Limit 512 mb
– Max Execution time was 60, raised it to 600
– Had cron disabled, had a cron job, deleted it, enabled cron, deactivated plugin, reactivated it, canceled the feed, refreshed the browser, started manual feed and still stuck on 33%
– Don’t have any fatal errors on WooCommerce logs
– As per your debug log, we have [Single products] => 375, [Variation products] => 1284, [Total products] => 1659 – how long is this supposed to take? It’s been over two hours and still stuck on 33%.

I don’t know what else to do. I have the debug.log but cannot attach here.

Would appreciate any help.

Feed is stuck at 25%, sometimes at 20%. manual refresh also does not work.
Same thing happens in making fresh feed too.
also slows down site or sometimes stops server while refreshing
batch size given 2500, tried default, tried 250 also.
total products: 2,210 items
WPML installed and some products are translated.
WordPress memory limit: 256 MB
WooCommerce version: 4.5.2
PHP version: 7.2.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.7

Feed processing stuck at 50%

I have created two feeds using the Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce plugin, version 8.6.0

When manually trying to generate the feeds, they either stop at 50% or 100% and never complete

the status says “processing (50%)” or “processing (100%)”

the feed file is then not created

I have checked your support article and wp-cron is running normally on the server

I have tried disabling and re-enabling the plugin many times, but no difference

I have also got the hosting company to look at it but they say everything on the server is ok and wp-cron is running normally

We are using PHP version 7.3.21

WP-cron has NOT been disabled in the wp-config.php file.

I have tried adding the line

define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false);

to the wp-config.php file but no change

the hosting company confirmed that wp-cron is running normally

so I am totally stuck with this and it seems that the plugin simply does not work.

Before I abandon this plugin and search for a different one that works, can you offer any suggestions to get the feed processing to complete and create the feed file?

Hi,

I’m trying to get your free plugin to work. Am interested in buying premium plugin.

Have followed all instructions. Google merchant says it can take 3 days for first feed to upload. Have been checking google merchant everyday but no products.

Just looked at plugin and feed just says ‘processing’ I uploaded feed 3-4 days ago. Please help.

Really want to see this working.

Processing Feeds fails

last couple of days I’ve had issues where the feeds either show as failed to process, or they are stuck in the queue.

The xml feeds are showing as blank

Any ideas what the issue might be?
