I reached out to Amazon Seller Central about the issue, and they told me I need to contact the app developer: “Unfortunately this error is as a result of an issue with the developer’s app settings in their account. While we understand that it is impacting sellers such as yourself we need the app developer to get in touch and actively work with us so that their app can be authorised. As the issue is not caused by any factors directly related to your seller account we cannot resolve it on this case. I am afraid that restrictions mean that we are not authorised to take any action in relation to the App Developer’s account until they contact us. We would appreciate it if you could pass this information on to the App Developer.” Woo Commerce Amazon Fulfillment Developer, please help!

Does anyone know how I can connect WooCommerce with Amazon and eBay and in addition, there must be a POS in the stationery shop connected to all this?
I can’t find a solution for a week now. What do you recommend that is proven?`
]]>If this isn’t possible with the WooCommerce Amazon Fulfillment plug-in, do you have any recommendations on how to automate this process?
Thanks in Advance!
]]>I give it two stars because its basic functionality of sending the orders from Woocommerce to Amazon works BUT a critical part does not.
Tracking numbers are not pulled into Woocommerce until a customer visits their My Account page at which time the plugin pulls the tracking information into Woocommerce BUT instead of putting the information into the tracking field it puts the information into the notes field so no way for customers to click on the tracking information and view the tracking or to alert the customer to tracking events.
What makes this really bad is for customer service when a customer calls asking about their order as the admin I have no way to tell the plugin to grab the tracking information so I have to use Woocommerce to find the order information then go over to Amazon to find the tracking information which is a waste of time.
What customer support has to say about this is that the tracking module in Woocommerce is not installed by default so they do not support it and as far as getting tracking info as the admin they say I should get an email from Amazon with the tracking info so I can manually input it in Woocommerce. If I wanted to do it manually I would not have purchased the plugin.
]]>When asked “why” a problem is occuring, WP-Lister’s customer support reply is vague, long-winded, never answers the question and instead diverts the problem over to Amazon – “ask them” is the standard reply.
I’ve come from a much more mature Amazon integration with Magento (M2E) and these issues we never experienced there, so it’s clear Amazon isn’t the problem child in this relationship. I’ll definitely be going elsewhere, and will be telling anybody who asks to do the same.

]]>We have an online store and work with several warehouses around the world.
Our current platform is WordPress + Woocommerce
Problem:
we are using the same product but difconnectionsferent price settings for our Amazon listings. Woocommerce is connected and we can shoose the shipping handler/product but the plugin we bought can only handle 1 Amazon FBA connection.
We like 2 connections, one for our Amazon EU warehouse and one for the Amazon USA warehouse.
