Anyway, as I desperately wanted to start FB Ads again, I needed to find a solution and did not want to pay a developer for that, so I took another look. Not lying, I first found and installed another plugin that instantly worked for me. BUT they were missing critical advanced functionality and wanted me to pay up, so I made another search and found this one.
I have to admit that I was sceptical at first because it also has a PRO version, but it offers more of the stuff I needed and I did not need the extra stuff (even though I should, as it might increase my ad results, I know…).
So, overall this is AWESOME and instantly workd (picking the right pixel). I now use another payment system, but I tested this with OptimisePress and SureCart on another website and both worked fine instantly! So highly recommended!
]]>Once I land on the Thank you page i received this “The value for ‘currency’ is not formatted correctly. We were expecting a currency code without currency symbol” and another purchase without parameters.
What should I do to send parameters to run Dynamic product ads ?
]]>Basically, just different setup for facebook pixel(through woocommerce), show the correct settings after setup, but after some time, they switch the pixel to the other one, ( 2 pixels, one for one page, the other for the other ), and also they switch the Catalogue to the other one ( 2 catalogues, one for one page, the other for the other).
This however, is not something i do, it just happens by itself.
How do i prevent it from switching?

Can anyone see what causes this?

thank you for the work you doing on GTM4WP. It’s amazing.
I’m doing integration – need to track the Add To Cart buttons via FB pixel. It’s not a problem to set up script in GTM but the main issue that I’m missing any kind of information in data layer after button with redirect to Cart is hitten. I have all information about the content of cart, but no about the event add to cart (like ecommerce.add.products.0.price etc…). See https://prntscr.com/u8i2z3
The purchasing buttons are listed here – https://www.tvurcivpraxi.cz/online-kurzy/jak-se-dela-znacka/ see – https://prntscr.com/u8i4gk
Here is my plugin settings – https://prntscr.com/u8ibr9 + https://prntscr.com/u8ic2f
Thank you very much for you advice how to get add to cart part of datalayer.
Best regards, David
]]>The pixel seems to fire perfectly if I go by the test events page in business manager.
However I’m getting more Unique Initiate Checkouts than Unique Ads to Cart… I’m thinking that might be because of some misfiring.
Do you know why that might happen?
I’m also losing about 15-25% of the people who click the link but don’t trigger the content view event. Is this normal or might it be because of the pixel again?
Thanks in advance, you’d make my week by helping with this!
]]>Problem is that with some of them Tracking is working ok (Test Events on FB Events Manager shows in real time how they are firing) – but for other? forms no events are sending to FB, even when all FB Pixel Tracking Feed settings for gravity form that fires events and not fires events were identical. In whole events aren’t sending to FB for 6 of forms?.
What could be done about that?
P.S. As this plugin is free, it is not possible to use ticket system of plugin developer’s site (it demands prove of purchase to create a ticket), which is bad.
